They sold me undercooked chicken, I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant and was met with a manager and his nasty attitude. He wouldn't give me a refund so I called their customer service and filed a complaint. I didn't want the order remade because i didnt want to give them a chance to give me more undercooked chicken. After I finished speaking with customer service I left the restaurant and this grown man come rushing out the door to rush up to the car of a woman and confront me about this under cooked chicken. He claimed that he cut into all the nuggets and they were cooked perfectly, that was a lie because they were not and also that nasty manager followed right behind me, he didn't have time to cut them all. Also, I bit into 1 and broke about 2 it 3 others open to check. His claim was that I didn't like the sauce, which was really good, by the way. So clearly the sauce was not the problem, also if it didn't have sauce on it, I would've put them in the oven to finish cooking and called it a night. This grown man or should I say boy rushed out to my car to intimidate me, if I was a man hr would have never came outside to confront me. Prior to me leaving he wouldn't even come back to the front counter to give me his name, I only asked because customer service asked me. I would never return to this location and probably any location. They didn't give me a receipt before I left the first time, I paid cash ?. Lastly, I'm giving 1 star because 0 was not an option.

I just purchased this meal and it’s horrible!!! I didn’t know KFC could burn chicken ?! The coleslaw is dry and the mash potatoes are old and so is the gravy!!!!! I’m starving but I would rather stave than eat this mess!! I literally want my money back! The young man in the drive thru gets 5 stars!I just came from the restaurant and now I know why the guy in the drive thru was nice, HE IS ADDING MONEY TO HIS POCKETS!!!! He charged me $13.01, but the order only came to $11.97! That adds up if you do that to 20 people!!! He didn’t give me a receipt, and I didn’t realize!! No corporate phone number, so buyer beware!!! HORRIBLE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! Keep that $1+ because as long as you steal, you will stay broke!

If I could zero stars I would . I ordered $45 worth of food . Everything was old . U can tell the chicken set under the heating lamp for hours very chewy and hard others was soggy and greasy . Gravy was so thick for sitting for hours came out in clumps . The biscuits was extremely hard and Mac n cheese was cold and mushy . Extremely irritating . Worker coughing while taking the money And handling food . DO NOT GO HERE

WORST KFC IN THE PLANET!!! ITS GOTTTA BE! Today I was in the drive through for 30+ minutes nobody came to the speaker should have known something was up due to the car in front of me leaving without placing an order as well. Prior to this experience they never have chicken wraps no matter what time you go! I confronted them the last time they told me they were out of wraps and wouldn't you know, they weren't really out the manager said I'd have to wait ten minutes on them. I didn't mind waiting, I told him I'd of rather him said there's a wait then to say they don't have any each time I come. I waited and was handed cold wraps! So that was a lie! He just doesn't want to sell the wraps he'd rather sell the other items. The service is always slow at this location! I'm not here to just complain if you'd like help I'm willing to do it after 5pm reach out if you are responsible for this horrible place

Ordered 8pc meal with Mac n cheese, mash n gravy, individual coleslaw, spicy wrap & family brownie. $45.00I received A ROCK HARD FROZEN BROWNIE they charged me an extra $1.99 for it was supposed to be $5.00 because I bought a meal.I got my $1.99 refund on that while I waited**GOT HOME WITH 2 coleslaws (both containers tasted spoiled)NO Mac n cheeseGravy was like water on potatoes. I always had gotten a side of gravy with potatoes. So I had nothing to dip my biscuits in. It was together. GrossI spent $45.00 on this b.s for my family. I will never come to this location again on warren in Dearborn& WHEN I CALLED THE B_TCH HAD AN ATTITUDE. I will never come here again
