My kids and I have tried Boba tea at quite a few places and this is our favorite so far. I personally don't like when drinks are too sweet and they had the perfect balance. My daughter especially like playing with the board games and jenga. The atmosphere is super fun and inviting and the owner couldn't be nicer.

Went here earlier with my wife while there was an event going on outside downtown. there was only one asian guy working and groups of costumers. he seemed overwhelmed but kept apologizing to us and other costumers and still made our drinks pretty quickly. great customer service should've tipped him but there was no option to tip with card

My sister and I visited on a Saturday 3/9 and there were only three very hard working young woman working. Dozens of disgruntled people lined the wall waiting for their drink orders and these ladies were moving fast, precise, and all singing with a smile. Apologizing profusely for a wait that wasn’t their fault, it was refreshing to see such fluidity and coexistence between staff. I hope the owner values what he has here.… and the drinks themselves were worth the wait!

My family and I loved this place! This was our very first time trying it and we absolutely loved it. Customer service was amazing!!!! The drinks were great too. They also have games such as chess, uno, monopoly etc. so you can enjoy your drinks and have fun while you’re there. My children loved it so much they asked to come back tomorrow lol. We had such a great family time and would definitely recommend this place to everyone we know.

My daughter and I went last night because we love Kung Fu tea and there is finally one near our house. We went about 7:00 p.m. and it was busy. There were only two girls working behind the counter. The Asian girl with glasses was overwhelmed with orders and it seemed like she could not keep up. There was a younger White cashier who kept going to the back in between customers. The Asian girl was also getting doordash orders and it just seemed like she could not keep up. Also, we requested brown sugar Boba and they did not have any and they had to make some. So of course we had to wait for that. When they finally made our order, the brown sugar Boba was disgusting and the Asian girl was so overwhelmed that she did not make our orders correctly. Let's just say, I wasted $15 and I will never be back to this location. I will drive to Livonia if I have to. Also, the place is filthy. The doors have not been wiped down especially the bathroom doors. The base boards and molding are all dirty. I would not recommend this location.
