Apparently I can’t get my food how I want it here… I was charged an extra $5 just to put butter and parm on my food. And was given attitude.. I don’t get it . SMH so petty and money hungry. Anywhere else I go I can get butter and parm .. and if it’s extra charge it’s definitely not 5 BUCKS !

I love this location. Everyone is always friendly and fast. The pizza is always perfectly made and the crazy bread is usually the same *you may run into some that is a little overlooked/without parmesan cheese if it was made by someone new*

They're always friendly here, and the pizza is good when it's available, but I've never walked in between 4-8 pm and gotten the pizza advertised on the door as being Hot-N-Ready at that time. It's not when they're busy.While the pizza here is actually good, I give them three stars because their draw is food being hot and ready when you walk in. I have anxiety issues, and their app doesn't take gift cards, so I drive there to get food that's ready.Every staff member here is very helpful, so I feel like this might be a management issue.
