Poor Management, Disrespectful and impatient staff! I had to give them my rewards code 10 times with them saying that it’s wrong, it doesn’t work and it finally works. They got everything wrong and dealt with the issue by switching staff so I can start explaining all over again. The manager did not help the staff with any issues at all! Then when I start getting frustrated and argue with them, The manager denies serving me. There’s 100s of other McDonald’s locations I can easily go to that have respectful, helpful and patient staff!

Horrible attitudes, panic mode service (can not handle the lunch rush). Food was absolute TRASH! Cold and extra basic! 20-minute wait. There was an older lady there who couldn't or didn't want to use the kiosk...30 minutes wait for her. Avoid at all cost.. especially if you're taking a lunch break. McCrapples brass DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS AFTERNOON CREW!!! I want McDonald's not McCrapples.

How are you sold out of something that no one gets. Then I asked for a shamrock shake, the specialty of the month, they said they’re not making it at this location- strike 2. Count your days.

Y’all need to shut this McDonald’s down I just ordered not to long ago I order a Saugues and cheese muffin I order 3 and soon as I get my food delivered by a Uber eats driver I open my food up and they gave me a bacon and cheese muffin on all 3 of my breakfast sandwiches and I had ask for a hi-c juice and they gave me orange juice instead this store need to be shut down I hope the corporate see this this is the worst restaurant I ever been bad service bad customer service rude worker workers playing around smoke inside the job not doing they job right just playing around need to fire these kids in the restaurant and manager for letting these kids messing up people order customer are upset don’t I get that this store need to be shut down immediately I need come back here again and I let customers no not to come here they ghetto and rude this supposed to be the subards why y’all having good people working in the subards if they not doing they right this store need to be shut soon or later and immediately I’m calling corporate ✌️

Dident get the substitute items as I asked for, and the ice coffees I ordered where large but came in medium cups, people are nice but made alot of mistakes, and didwnt inform me they dident have enough of an item and give me a random one they had.
