If I could give a 0/10 I would! Ordered on delivery and they got my order all wrong. Tried to get a refund online but wasn’t able to so I tried calling up the store and they were so rude about it!! First of all that little girl behind the counter who answered the phone needs to watch the way she talks to people when you have a business you have to talk to people the same way you want to be treated I was never disrespectful but they were having trouble looking up my order and the girl wants to say “she’s giving me a name it’s not coming up she’s lying I knew she was lying she didn’t even order!” Excuse me?! Why would I lie about an order I have a receipt for?! I asked how I could get my missing order and they said they had no way of refunding and if I wanted the rest of my order to come up there and get it. If I ordered delivery it means I have no way of getting to them. Then they told me if I wanted the rest of my order delivered I needed to order something else for 3$ and they would send my missing order out to me. Why do I need to order again when I already paid for my food and paid for delivery. Over all I will NOT be back here I was nice about it I was understanding but the customer service was a slap in the face to me.

With plenty of protein and super thin pita bread, it’s just perfect, especially at the newly opened Shawarma spot on Schaefer Avenue. Traditionally, Lebanese Shawarma consists of meat, onions, parsley, and perhaps tomatoes or pickles, all topped with white sauce. What sets this place apart is their roasted tomatoes, which give the Shawarma a unique and delicious twist. It’s amazing how a slight change in ingredients can completely transform the taste! I highly recommend this spot, although those with big appetites might need to order two sandwiches since they’re quite small.

Unfortunately the owner had a bad staff and they ruined things while he was gone. But this is literally the most phenomenal sandwich’s in town I’m so glad the owner is back!! Everyone needs to have a great sandwich once in there lifetime and I’m a picky eater it’s just juicy scrumptious joy. Shawarma wrap on there very thin arabic bread.

I came in on a Friday night around 9pm placed a pick up order. I specifically told them just meat and cheese on my Philly cheese steak and driving half way back home I see it had lettuce tomato and mayo on it fully packed with steak. I always come to this place and they pack it with meat and this time they did not. It had no meat on it at all. But this will be the last time I come to this place. Their service is horrible I had a horrible time at this place would not recommend.

This was the worst shawarma I have ever got in metro Detroit area.The beef was dried, the chicken was so dried. We got a salad as well and we felt like they have put their left overs in that salad.

First of all we searched for this place because it was good around pandemic time. This time definitely not the same experience!! The lady taking our order wasn’t listening at all. I ordered a combo and a drink . She walked away then came back and clearly forgot. Guy prep moving food answered his phone with his gloves on then didn’t change and went right back cooking. Charged $2 for a slice of cheese. The lady waited til I was about to walk out and tell me she didn’t charge me for the pop. One thing I don’t do is steal!! Didn’t appreciate it at all when she saw me get it!! thank you to the guy that prepared my food he was pretty nice! The sandwich was small with very little meat! Fries were not good threw a lot of them away! Will never be back !!!
