Stay away the dough is always soggy and the sauce is disgusting. They mess the order up all the time. This is the Papa Johns inside the gas station, across the street from Fairlane car wash.

Order a door dash from here and received the wrong pizza. When I called to make sure the pizza what was on the pizza I ordered the person on the phone states " This is a door dash problem." I tried to ask if they check the pizza to make sure they make the right pizza? Again she told me this is a door dash issues. When I asked what was on the zesty Italian and described the pizza I had received I was told Again this is door dash issue. I would like give this store Negative feedback!! I will not be ordering anything else from this Papa John's.

12/3/23I was watching Football on TV and saw Shaquille O'Neal doing a commercial promoting the Shaq-a-roni pizza at Papa John's and decided to go get one to enjoy while watching Sunday night football. There's not a good way to say this so here goes: What a God awful waste of time and money. The pizza was ready when promised but what they DO NOT tell you when you're placing your order is that you MUST have small bills to pay for it. This creates a TERRIBLE experience when you drive all the way there without some form of United States currency that they happen to accept. I'm sure they believe that they have a logical reason for this, but none that anyone from Earth would find acceptable. At any rate, I was fortunate that a gas station adjacent to the pizzaria was available to get change from. Otherwise I would probably suggested a proper place for them to put their pizza. Once home, I was unhappy to discover that the pizza looked nothing like the one I saw Shaq making in the TV commercial. In FACT, Pizza Huts Pepperoni Lovers Pizza has MUCH more pepperoni on it and it actually tastes Good. So I tried my first pizza from Papa John's. Don't worry everyone, eventually this taste in my mouth will go away. I found it pretty bad. I hated the sauce and the lack of pepperoni and the FACT that it had from an inch and a half up to two inches of surrounding crust. I forced myself to eat just enough of if so that I wouldn't have to go back out again to a Pizza Hut, Domino's, Hungry Howies, or the grocery store for a replacement pizza. The rest of my first time Papa John's pizza is appropriately on the beginning of it's journey to a local landfill. I'm just not a fan of Papa Johns. There are much better to go pizza places out there to spend your money on. Even frozen pizza tastes better than Papa Johns. But some people like it. That's just my opinion.

This a place you go to just to say you ate. The pizza is basic don't go looking for nothing extra fancy. I like the 10inch pizza I paid only $6 for I don't care for a hot and ready but this place you have to put your own butter, parm and garlic on it. This would not be a place I recommend. I have tasted better frozen pizza.Atmosphere: 8/10 they need to bring a few tables so you are able to eat there.Food 5/10Service 9/10

Placed order at 7:54pm, call took an unreasonable amount of time to complete, called three times in the span of 2 HOURS!!! they said they didn't have an order registered. so obviously the person over the phone was incompetent. won't be trying to order from here again and you shouldnt either
