Don't ever order from here. TRUST PREVIOUS REVIEWS!!! They take forever to have your food ready (over 40 minutes late) and you can't get a hold of anyone. Stay faaaaaar away!!!!

Terrible customer service! Always overbook their specials (Superbowl) and they can never keep up with orders for big events. What is the point of a Super Bowl special which I preordered a week in advance, just for them to not be able to keep up and make a majority of the people inside miss the first quarter while waiting over an hour and a half for food. It’s a shame because the food and deal is decent but I will never be a repeat customer again in regard to any special events.
This place is a hole in the wall you can’t miss if you crave authentic falafel. They are always perfectly crisp without being burnt or mushy on the inside. Very generous with the sides and tahini. Even helps me carry out the order to the car. From phone orders to counter help, all the employees are super respectful and kind. Don’t let the decor fool you. The best falafel in town and that says a lot about dearborn. No one makes them like Rafiq’s. Most importantly, they are always consistent so no surprises like most restaurants these days. 10/10.
