Been coming here on and off for a few years but as of recently Ive been coming more frequently. The staff is friendly and helpful and the bread always seems fresh out the oven. An employee told me they are under new management and whatever they changed is working, will be back soon!

The tomatoes, lettuce, and cucumbers were not fresh. The slices of cucumber were actually slimy. We ordered 2 sandwiches, and both sandwiches had the same issues.

We struggled trying to do our online order correctly and when we shared with them our problem they could of gave us the online price after hearing our difficulties but immediately said was nothing they could do or would do to let us receive the discount but they didn't have to technically just thought it would of made good customer service. The sandwiches were very good regardless

We've been to this location multiple times now. The staff is always pleasant. The food is fresh and they don't skimp on the meat and cheese like other locations. They put food across the whole bun often other subways have a 1-2 Inch gap on the end w just bread. The restaurant is always clean I would eat there next time.
After visiting all the subways in the area (Dearborn, Dearborn Heights ,Redford, Middlebelt ). This one is the cleanest and most professional staff works their. So recommend.

They always get my food right here and always have great customer service, very friendly staff, I come often and they even remember my order just how I like it. They also keep their restaurant very well taken care of, its never messy. I will not go to any other subway!

Staff is very slow and rude today. The male Arabic decided to snatch my chips from my hands and would not take my order. I will never be back here again. also the chicken is not cooked at all. And no receipt like usual with these two staff members

For a while I had stopped going there because the staff/owners were not very nice, but I visited them on Tuesday July 18th and was pleasantly surprised-new owners, cleaner facility, fresher products. I will visit them again in the near future.Vegetarian options: a lot fresher produce

bad place advice people no to come. on 7/16/2023 at 7:43pm i ask about tuna sub with I told him toasted with American cheese only without tuna he put the tuna over the bread i told him in Arabic language: please toast just the cheese. He used same bread and tries to toast just the bread only. I talk to another employee i told him: is this person new why he does not understand? He said: i fix it for you. He tries to use the same bread, but the other employee smashes the bread because he is very mad .and the other person toasted the bread with cheese, but he put little tuna, and when we get the cokes and Drink. I try to eat inside the place but he asks me and my kids to leave the place, and go out; because he said we close. the time 7:43 pm must be close 9pm but because he angers and mad because he wants to control the costumer and make him except the way he like to do for you and force you the way he like not what we like.
