Good sandwich but when I walked in, there was a girl walking back and forth. I couldn’t figure out what she was doing or why she wasn’t asking me for my order or at least saying hey I’ll be with you in a minute. Finally, the other girl came over and did my order but was very cold in her manner. I used a debit card and declined to give a tip which I usually always leave a tip. She asked me if I wanted a receipt, and I said no. She turned away immediately and as I was walking out, I heard her say "that lady is rude AF she didn’t even say thank-you." I guess she got my point. Nevertheless, thank-you!

This location has been sliding ever since it got new ownership. Sometimes it’s closed early for no reason, like the kids inside just decided to lock the door an hour early….They also stopped carrying mozzarella cheese. Not really a “participating” location..

I have been coming to this location for years. When I walked in the place was empty, and I felt so disrespected by the employees. I ordered a tuna deluxe, and I had to remind the girl to give me a third scoop. I have never had a turnip fish sub with this low amount of tunafish in my life, I want to never come back. You lost

Never coming here again, and I know I'm not the only one that will stop visiting this subway. The new manager is a nightmare, she is rude and mean. I have witnessed her be very ride to multiple customers since I visit this subway almost everyday for my lunch. She was very rude to a very elderly customer. I know a lot of ppl arecomplaining about this lady and we wont be returning. She acts like she owns the place. Save yourself the disrespect and go to subway on ford rd and beech Daly. At least they are kind there.

Worst subway I’ve been too. I placed a mobile order for six subs at 3:15 and wanted them to be ready by 4:15. So I order an hour earlier. When I arrived at 4:15 only four of the sandwiches were done. The other two were still being made. They finished making them at 4:35. I waited 20 minutes for my order to be finished when I order an hour earlier than when I wanted them to be ready. I also asked for my sandwiches to be cut in half with extra jalapeños inside and on the side. Guess what they did, they didn’t cut them in half and there was no sign of jalapeños. ?
