Small restaurant with a nice ambiance. Our meals were a hit and miss. Bread and olive oil were phenomenal. Kale Caesar, Brussel Sprouts and the Chicken Piccata were all incredible. Noodles tasted like they were made from scratch, which is always a plus. The Chicken Piccata was a limited time special on their “Italian American” feature.I was not a fan of the Pepperoni Pizza, perhaps as a personal preference I did not like flavor combo with the hot honey. We also got Lamb Chops. They tasted very good, but not good enough to warrant the $65 price for only 3 pieces. Will likely return to try their other menu items.

Great food and atmosphere. Pizzas are very tasty. Recommend the ribeye and lamb chops as well. Make sure you get the kale salad. Chef Hisham is very talented, He imports a lot of the ingredients from his hometown in lebanon. A testimony for authenticity and flavor. Enjoy!

Food was impeccable. Service was very good and accommodating. Four stars for the atmosphere just because music was a little loud. Also a little squeezed it. Overall great experience and a new favorite. Anyone that says otherwise about the food is absent-minded and should stick with McDonalds.

West Dearborn really needed a good authentic Italian restaurant! The decor and ambiance is everything. The restaurant is beautiful! The service was great. I loved our waitress, she went over the menu with such detail. She definitely deserves a shout out but I don't remember her name lol but it starts with a "K" I believe. The complimentary bread and olive oil used for dipping the bread that's imported straight from Lebanon from the chefs grandpas olive trees was such a beautiful touch. I really enjoyed that olive oil, it was amazing. I really really enjoyed the kale Caesar and I would 100% go back just for that salad alone. It was probably one of the best kale salads I have ever tried. We also had the steak and the rigatoni which were also super tasty, I've tried Carbone and let me tell ya, I enjoyed the rigatoni at Tiliani 100x more. I definitely want to come back for that kale Caesar and to try the pizza next! Highly recommend trying this new place out and supporting a local small business. Cheers!

Fabulous dining experience from the moment the door opened! We were greeted and sat by the owner. He was so kind and welcoming. All staff acknowledged us and welcomed us even with two littles. The food was amazing! We travel a lot and these dishes rivaled any we have eaten in Europe. The presentation and tastes were superb. Loved the decor and the excellent service too. What a gem to have in our backyard. Thank you for such an A+ evening! ❤️❤️ we will be back and I encourage all to visit. You will not be disappointed.

We ordered a lot for two people but we still want to go back to try everything else.Oysters are fresh and mild we’re really enjoy.Stracciatella cheese with grilled bread is such a warming heart.Maitake is phenomenal perfect for vegan dish.Romanesco (which I didn’t think I want to order) it’s really good and change my mind to really like it.Agnolotti is one of the best pasta there.Tagliatelle also has balance flavor, pasta has perfect al dente texture.Australian tiger prawns is my most favorite dish tonight and I wish I order 5 pieces instead of 3 pieces.lolLamb chop is not disappoint us either.Dessert portion is a little too large for us but they’re all great.Vegetarian options: Romanesco,Maitake,Stracciatella cheese

I went to Tiliani for dinner with some friends and had a lovely time. The menu has an elevated vibe while still being family-style and easy to navigate and enjoy. All of the bread, pizza dough, and pasta dough is made in-house and is top-notch. Lots of vegetarian and gluten-free options too. Would highly recommend.Dietary restrictions: Very good for gluten-free folks!
Love having an upscale halal option that's not Mediterranean. Ambiance was great, smaller space, so reservations are recommended. Only feedback is that we felt that the prices were high for the portion size. We ordered the double/ sharing sizes and were slightly disappointed to leave still wanting more. Drinks were amazing!

Oh yea it's the spot. Want a great spot to take the love of your life? I'd recommend Tiliani. We had three entrees and two drinks plus a desert for under $100. Delicious food all made by hand, and not to mention it's a gorgeous restaurant. Skip birmingham, skip royal oak, go here for a real treat! I recently visited Tiliani, and it surpassed my expectations once again. This was my second time dining here, and it was even better than the first. The service was impeccable—professional and attentive. The steak was a delight, literally melting in my mouth. The truffle pasta is a must-try, and the bronzini was perfectly prepared.
