So dirty, they are out of soap in restroom. The restroom is the dirtiest restroom ever. The person who made my coffee was literally cleaning tables without gloves and made coffee for me without washing her hands. She even bought the bucket that had dirty water with her to the cash register. Seriously??!!They are out of sanitizers completely, dont know since how long. Yuck you guys!!

Stopped in for coffee to kill some time. Hard to find a clean table.Had a apple fritter which had no apple in it and was very dry. As I went to toss out my cup- napkin ect the trashcan top was so disgusting it made me gag.

Worst customer service those employees are so rude they yell at Custumer . They are rude taking the order they stand in the group and attack you. If you said something they slam the window on your face. It is very bad customer service and I hope management or upper management does something about it and they never have stop you order the worst part about this. They don’t tell you you go and pay for the stuff you wait in your car then they turn around and said we don’t have it. Can you imagine wasting your time wasting your money instead of telling you before taking your order I’ll telling you all sorry we don’t have that item they make you pay for it make you wait for it and on top of that they don’t have it

Absolutely horrible service! First, server reported the toaster was not working, so i wasn’t able to order a croissant. Fine. I ordered two bagels instead, for which she gave me the wrong one. When I informed her of the mistake, she stated I had “three in [my] bag already.” I ordered two dozen doughnuts for the nurses in the hospital taking care of both my husband and daughter, she said “we’re too short staffed, you can only get one.” Then, she said “go.” I will literally never go here ever again.

To the lady who took my order this morning with a rude tone, i hope you find a job that you enjoy because this one isn’t for you. If I’m ordering there’s no need to speak to me with an attitude over a speaker, have the same energy at the window. And it seems as though the coffee was made to disappoint purposely. Kind of weird for all 4 drinks I ordered to be watered down. I don’t know who ruined your morning but it wasn’t me so there is no need to talk to your customers like trash. Maybe find a worker with a more pleasant voice and attitude to greet your customers in the morning, and not someone who doesn’t want to be there.

Stood in line for ten minutes while a new driver pulled into the drive thru and had their order taken before me. You had people coming from the street, walking behind the counter making food. Totally unprofessional and unorganized. Will never go to this location.
