Ordered a steak, cheese, mushroom x-large sub through the drive through. Could tell from the get go my order would be screwed up, had to repeat this order over 3 times to this guy. Asked for dressing on the side. Paid way too much at $21 for a sub! No dressing on the side as requested, 3 TIMES & bread was soggy, probably because the put the dressing on the sub instead of on the side as I requested. Called the store back once home to tell them this & got a lame apology. Never will be back to this location again, will drive further to the Westland location where they get the order right without having to repeat it 3 times!

Really bad costumer service, went in to for the buy one get on free deal and they charge us fully price because halal meat cost $3 extra. The give a small amount of fries and the sub was soggy. Dont waste your money.

Just stopped in for a snack, I looked over the restaurant and I didn't think I would order anything, to be nice I ordered poppers, got the poppers and left. Got home and ate the poppers 5pc. the last one was only a half and burnt went back to show them what they served me and they replaced my 5pc. As a restaurant you don't let that go out the door! Won't be back though first impressions are a must!

Stopped in the other day to grab a salad, was literally less than half of what it used to be. Was told that's how they are now, about 6 bites of salad for $7.No reason to come back after that.Ended up stopping at McDonald's on the way home.

Ordered two jumbo steak and cheese and received two six inch cold subs with no extra anything.. very over priced and a rip off!!.. never again!!!.. best part was how fast the dasher was..

I save a 5 star rating for exceptional over the top. Food was delish hot and prepared the way the menu said and how I like. Drive thru was speedy nothing was missed polite I'll def go back. Atmosphere is a state of mind. I appreciate the older more traditional decor it's dated this won't keep me away.Wheelchair accessibility: It was compliant, I did not see wash room.

My seasoned fries were overcooked, and I didn't realize it until after I left. If I had looked at them beforehand, I would have had them cook me another batch. I was leary about going there because the last time I went my sandwich wasn't good. This time, the sandwich was good, and the fries were horrible.

Spent almost $60 for them to tell me I would have to pay half to get one of my subs replaced as I’m allergic to tomatoes and they came on my sub so I now don’t get to eat my $30 sub unless I’d like to go to the hospital do not go here go to the tubbys on Michigan ave near the fedex
