My friends and I drove 40 mins to visit this hookah lounge after seeing great reviews on TikTok. Upon entering, we were greeted and informed that there is a $10 fee/person for Karaoke night (regardless of participation). We were seated and provided with menus. We ordered food and hookah.1st issue: Our hookah was delivered, and placed on the floor. We asked if it could be placed on the table (as everyone else’s in the establishment had their hookah on the table) and the hookah guy told us no. Once our waitress returned to the table, we asked her if there was a reason we couldn’t have it on the table, she was puzzled and said no. She sent the hookah guy back out and he placed it on the table.2nd issue, the DJ played music intermittently between the Karaoke acts. People danced to the music. The DJ played a “line dance” song and I stood up and danced to it and was told there is no dancing allowed at the lounge. Once again, we clarified this with our waitress and she was puzzled as to this “rule” and sent someone from management to our table. The manager informed us that there is no dancing allowed due to safety issues. We pointed out that there were other patrons dancing all night, including himself and he acknowledged that but still told us we were not allowed to dance. At this point, we felt discriminated against and asked for our bill and checked out. The owner was then sent to our table and asked about our concerns. We informed him of our issues he apologized and offered a food platter, and we respectfully declined.Overall, this lounge is aesthetically pleasing, the waitresses are nice, food is decent, but I would not recommend anyone with melanated skin to visit and expect to be treated fairly. It is obvious that this lounge caters to the Arab population and my friends and I will never return.

Went here for galentine's with my girls. We started with the nachos which were not as good because it was very plain and we felt like the cheese was just microwaved. The crispy chicken sub was amazing. It had corn inside which I think was unique because it added more flavor to the sub. We topped it off with a nutella crepe which I would say was a 4/5 because I feel like it needed more chocolate. The service was okay, the server would occasionally check if we needed anything. This place is so pretty and had a cute chic aesthetic.

We came here to relax before a concert this past weekend and had the best experience. The hookah was nice, as well as the food and drinks. Customer service was superb. The ambiance was nothing short of amazing. If I could rate this place 10 stars, I definitely would. We will definitely come back. Give this place a try if you're seeking a nice and relaxing hookah experience.

Upon arrival the facility was at less than 50% capacity, I was denied entry as the host said they were only taking guest based on reservations only, it was after 10 pm. I waited in the parking lot for about 20 minutes and returned to ask the manager why were we denied entry when there were more than 8 open tables available. They reluctantly sat me and my friend and said we only had 30-45 minutes to sit. Poor experience , the host name is Amad
