Usually really good service. The last 2 weeks they don’t have pepperoni or flat bread. Seems they are always out of stuff. You would think with sports going on that they would add more inventory so they are not. Someone else got our business

Sometimes you can come here and get a great sub, sometimes you can come get and get a terrible sub. Today I stopped in for a sub, they were out of more than 4 meats, and their veggies needed to be replaced. No one wants a sub with half rotting lettuce on it. New staff seems very under trained.

Unnerving Landlords
The females there are lying about products and taking it for them selves instead of renovations how about changing the people their but the male there was decent as far as I see it only the female's are stealing from the company and chasing customers away they even lied about how many meatballs go on a footlong sub it's supposed to be 8 I know because I called 3 different chains and also corporate and they said 8 but was told and given 6 so they are the others and they supposedly run out of everything damn near when they about literally all the time I hope something it done or you'll end like that closed McDonald's here in Decatur because of bad staff they are hurting your business this is product we buy so we are stolen from and your company stolen from because what they take could've brought you in money. I just called corporate yesterday hopefully something happens and the owner gets rid of them soon it's a small town you can't afford to loose customers so frequently.

It's likely bad ownership. I don't go often but not many choices in town, but I never see the same staff when I do. They run out of bread frequently, and most recently the card reader now wants you to tip, even with all of this. I feel sorry for the staff that work here.

They are making sandwiches like a gyro, I don't expect to much going to subway. But the simplicity of putting a SANDWICH together doesn't seem like much. But easily some of the worst sandwiches I've had have come out of this shop. Multiple times have had a order done completely wrong, with a sandwich that looks and taste like it was thrown together with hate and anger. Don't EVER order from this subway, and make sure you know who's going to make your sandwich if going in. It is sad seeing someone struggling with the concept of less lettuce. Im honestly a little thankful, much healthier and cheeper to just make a sub at home. Good luck to the employees working here, and may God have mercy on your souls.

Besides the overly fast paced service there was nothing that would make me want to go back. The worker complained about working for 13 hours despite the fact they opened at 10 am and it was only 230 pm when I walked in. She talked extremely fast, grabbing mostly air, looking in every other direction but at the customer while talking, and complaining about her job and other workers. Honestly thought she was on something the way she acted, I felt uncomfortable while there.
