Did a mobile order. The staff missed nearly half of what I asked for on my sub. These sandwiches are too expensive now to not get what we ordered on them, especially when the receipt directly shows the toppings.

Ordered online last night to get the FLBOGO.. I'll never do that again nothing was put on either sandwich I ordered. I can't believe I pre tipped for the lady to mess it up. How hard is it to read? If you don't like your job go somewhere else. Things are expensive now the least you can do is make a freaking sandwich right.

Have ordered subs here three times. Every time there were issues with the subs. Ordered online and in person, but it just does not matter. The employees do not care at all! So I guess we will be giving all of our business to Penn Station Jersey's Subs because this is too frustrating to deal with again. They also do not honor national coupons and promotions.

went into this subway 11/8/23 and ordered a footling ham, bacon and mozz sandwich. The employee putting toppings on my sandwich put gloves on, proceeded to go back to the cooler,grab a bag of lettuce and put the lettuce back into a mini cooler and continue to make my sub without changing gloves! Employee has blonde and pink hair. I ended up with food poisoning from the food… it was a horrible day today

It's the most filthy place I've ever seen. I can't believe people eat there. I turned around and walked out after seeing the dirty knives and crusty old toppings laying all over the work area. Sooo gross.

The Holt shop is the worst subway I’ve been to in my life. I will actively drive out of my way to Lansing rather than go here. The “manager” is a total jerk. They will just guess if you order off the app and they are out of something, then try to make you pay for what you didn’t order or else BUY A WHOLE EXTRA SUB. And argue with you about it. Ridiculous. Multiple times they’ve made mistakes in the app order. Most recent they made two of the same sub and zero of the other. Yes, I checked the print out and it was their mistake. Go anywhere but here!

Food Poisoning....I went in at 8pm last week and wanted a meatball sub. They were all out. So I opted for a steak sub. The employees scraped the last of the meat from the bottom and made my sub. I got home and was eating the sub when I noticed something was "off". I've had the steak sandwich before and figured maybe there was a change in their sauces. While eating it I even considered stopping. But I wote it off to the sauce (now looking back and sure that it was a meat that was old). An hour later "luckily only mild food poisoning". But any form of food poisoning is not fun. I don't think I've had food poisoning over 20 years. I travel extensively including out of the country, but I definitely know what it is. I tried calling before I posted this twice to the Subway shop in Holt, and neither time the manager was supposedily in the store. Maybe the owner/manager should be in the store more often to check the quality and safety of the food.

I ordered online through the app at this store due to my normal store not taking online orders and this was the closest store. My husband stopped by on his way home from work and picked them up but while he was waiting for them to finish the workers told him to get off his phone (was on phone with me to make sure he got the right subs) and was very rude that I apparently said one cuss word on the phone with my husband and then proceeded to stare my husband down when he picked up the order from the pick up area because they wouldn’t hand it to him.
