Order from here all the time always good but this time there is a piece a plastic that seems to cooked that I found in my food it was in the macaroni an cheese because I ate a few layers before I seen it ! Just ordered today from doordash..... In response to the owner yes it is necessary to write a review because it was not on top of the macaroni or on the side It was inside the macaroni as I stated I had ate quite a bit of it before getting to the piece of plastic so people need to be aware to be careful when eating here now The piece of plastic was not clear so it most definitely was cooked in the macaroni and cheese and not just place on top of it. DoorDash did give me my money back however I am unaware of how much other plastic is in my food now or even the particles which are indeed poisonous and unhealthy if you know anything about plastic particles which you should if you are serving food to the public. It is actually very dangerous and saying that it is not is very concerning. Telling a customer sorry and then saying that what you did is not harmful or poisonous is wild Even if it was just a hair you don't need to state whether it was malice or not it's the fact that as a company you have a duty when you're serving food to the public So that apology went right out the window when you said that definitely a lack of accountability as a business

The absolute worst toughest beef ribs I have ever had. If I could give zero stars I would. Totally unacceptable food should have never been served to a dog let alone a human. The person would prepared it should have known that they were grossly overcooked and tough.

I put order in for door dash when I didn't receive all my order I called the store to ask why I didn't receive the rib tips the lady was beyond rude saying to look at your receipt just look i updated it now Instead of just explaining why, and just Instead of canceling order like the average restaurant would they sent me JUST SIDES I got no calls for options no nothing now I have only sides no meat and I have to spend more money for meat because refund takes 5-7 days this lady was not professional will not return.
