Just attempted to come here with our kids after Bluey's Big Play with our children. There was a sign that said please wait to be seated. After over 5 minutes of being ignored and not sat, we left.

Food was delicious. This was my 1st time here. I loved the variations of pizza offered. Floors were a little dirty and needed tending. Service was average. They did forget to make my food but overall decent experience.Kid-friendliness: Kids were welcomed.

Great Pizza with a huge select of beers on tap. Server was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Great place to hang out before an event or just for a casual night out. Will definitely be back.

Food was good! Service was not great. It took a while for our waitress to acknowledge us, bring water and take our order. My water was empty and she never asked anyone at our table if they wanted refills on any drinks.

I wish I could remember our server's name - he was fabulous! The food was delicious, arrived quickly and was nice and hot, and the portions were perfect! Cocktails were well-made and decently priced. The only complaint was that the music was just a touch loud so conversation was a little challenging depending on what song was playing. Everything else was fantastic and we will absolutely go back.

I will not be returning to Brass Rail. This was on Sunday during the Lions game, and we waited two hours for a table. The waiting for a table was not a problem at all. We sat down and ordered drinks, and appetizers. After spending $400, we were rudely told by "management" that we had to leave because we spent two hours there. No one ever told us when we sat down that there was a two hour time limit on tables. We were given a check with little to no explanation. The server was very nice and she did try to let us stay (this was not her fault). I need to add that this was during a big Lions game, not even half time yet and we were planning to continue to spend money throughout the whole entire game. Given the rude manager, terrible customer service experience, my friends and I will not be back. I would not recommend this place to anyone - the way you are operating is causing you to lose business so good luck.

First and foremost, the owner treated us with disrespect and some reason wanted to tell us she was the owner. We aren’t in college we don’t need music, especially with no dance floor. Subpar pizza, very average establishment. The owner telling us to shut up was all I needed to hear to never get

I’ve never left a review in my life. I was patiently waiting in line and the owner told me to “shut up I’m the owner”. Again, I’ve never left a review but this place has absolutely terrible service. I bought tickets to the lions game, my parents had a table (it sits 6 people) she still would not let us in. She was disgustung and so was the food.

Waited for a table for 2 hours to watch the lions game. They never once told us that they have a 2 hour maximum per table. We got a table and After 2 hours the waitress randomly cashed us out and told us they weren't allowed to serve us past the 2 hour mark even though we were continuing to order drinks and food the entire time. The Manager came over and told us we must leave in the middle of the game. Overall if this is your spot you're trying to watch the game, I would NOT recommend it. Sad because it's a great game day environment but you will never be able to finish watching a full football game there due to there 2 hour limit.

Their wine menu was very lacking. I guess their beer menu was on point. The wings were the best I have ever had. The pizza was delicious but grease, but pepperoni creates that. The salad was delicious.Vegetarian options: Pizza can always be vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: I think they are willing to work with you.Parking: We parked out front.Kid-friendliness: Wings and pizzaWheelchair accessibility: Roll on in ?‍
