They have posted on their website and google that they close at 11pm. I walked in at 10:05pm, the hostess was extremely unfriendly and said sorry we close at 10, it’s pickup only. The place is dirty, the staff is unfriendly. Save your time and go someplace

I took my daughters and her cheer team because they won 1 place in their competition/ me and my husband ordered drinks, the drinks were watered down with ice and tasted like water/ so we alerted our waitress who came every 20 min to our table she had the bar tender come over to talk with us, the tender stated all long island drinks are clear, and you will barley taste the liquor, and if she removes the ice my drink will be 1/3 of the glass, will post the pic, food was extra salty and the fries taste old and really greasy like old grease was used, the boneless were extremely salty and having high blood pressure I could not take a chance on them even my teenage daughter stated they were extremely salty, my husband burger was extremely salty, we were never given silverware or napkins or even a glass of water. I spoke with the manager in regards to my meal she did remove it but I was displeased because I was hungry and I love this restaurant, i usually attend mound rd location, but we decided to stay close to home, these are the new drinks and the fries wait staff was given 15% gratuity and did not give us proper utensils or service, the other waitress was stating how she didn’t eat there because the food is not good and too salty she was correct.

La comida no estaba nada fresca , las alas se sentían que se les habían enfriado, y nuevamente las habían vuelto a fritar, la hamburguesa muy salada! Los trabajadores de este sitio en específico hace que sea una mal experiencia ir a este Buffalo Wings, he ido a otros de sus al rededores y son bastante buenos a comparación de este. (deberían hacer renovación de personal)
If i could give 0 stars i would. Drove 3 hours from Canada to come here. Waited 20 minutes at least just to be greeted. Tried to ask the manager how long it would be and was told if i didn't like it i could turn around and leave. Worst customer service i have ever seen.

The host and the carry out employee couldn’t have been nicer. Stopped in after walking from Ford Field and they were too busy to seat us so we decided to order carry out. They were busy yet still went above and beyond; offering a sample to my young son when he wanted Italian dressing for his salad, (they have sweet onion). We didn’t feel rushed placing an order for the five of us. We were made aware of specials to make our order the most bang for our buck. The order came out timely and was delicious. Would definitely recommend this BWW most of all for how we were treated.
