They are only open in drive through. They only give you one sauce for an 8 piece nugget. Then the second sauce is $.35 the fish is fresh ,but cooked in old grease.

The first time I went to this location was back in May. We sat in the drive thru so long without even being acknowledged that we left. I decided to try them again tonight using Uber Eats. I had my order within 10 min of placing my order but my fries were ice cold and my Big King was basically a child's cheeseburger with 3 pieces of lettuce and Big King sauce. Other BKs I've been to make the Big King with Whopper buns and meat. Like a Big Mac only way better. Not this time. And the price I paid! So disappointing.

Rude as hell & never have any items. The workers talk about you while your ordering like they can’t be heard. Then had the nerve to get mad at me because I only had large bills & they didn’t have change. All the attitude & trash talking the customer was unnecessary

Terrible customer service!!!!!! Missing 4 orders of fries came back around and waited almost an hour to finally get my food. My sandwiches got cold waiting for them to fix my order so I asked for my sandwiches to be made over cuz they were cold and they slapped cheese on it and didn’t remake my food. I called to speak to a manager and they kept hanging up on me. They are very rude and unprofessional

Just left the drive thru I ordered 3 chocolate milkshake the cashier said the total was 15 dollars. No taxes or nothing. I asked for a receipt and they said there’s no receipt paper. Someone is stealing. I will never come back to this location. Everyone has ear plugs in their ear, laughing and not paying attention to the customer’s order.
We ain't got no ketchup, no onions, we only get a food truck once a week. What is happening to burger king?

I've been there twice in the past month. Both times whoever was working there were the rudest employees I have ever experienced in any fast food restaurants. You still can't go inside so I guess they think they can treat customers like dirt
