Store opens at 10:30am... but when you arrive it's a 20 minute wait on chicken. You shouldn't be dropping the chicken after you open the doors. You should be dropping SOME10-15 minutes before so you are ready to serve That's bad business practice You should be ready to serve when the doors open!

I can only find this place in Detroit. I do rideshare and the service was so fast that I was still able to pick up my ride after placing and receiving my order.

If Rick James ordered food from this place he would be singing super grease! Two breast the driest part of the chicken laying in a pool of grease. Didn't help that I had Kwame Kilpatrick Jr in front of me trying to order while on the phone with his peeps. Then peels of 100 dollar bills which they have no change for. Look a little harder KKJR you know and I know you got some fives in that knot. Biscuits ruined also in the pool of chicken grease. To the owners I understand you are Hindu. Cooking chicken should be a no brainer. Dealing with people who think they are on champagne budget at a fast food place is frustrating.....

On March 31i visited this place and was sold 8 pieces of chicken with one side for 26$ Salesman disappeared in the back of the store and brought box full of dried old chicken . I took it to work and discovered how ugly it was . Nobody wanted to eat it . Store does not deserve one star . It looks dirty anyway

Sold me old chicken taste like the grease it was cooked in was old . This the second time in a row they have did this.,tried to give them a second chance because I use to come here all the time . But this time will be my last

If I could give it zero stars I would. The chicken smelled like it was fried on old or oil for a car rather than cooking oil, the service was super slow 25 mins plus for an 8 pc order? The mashed potatoes totally bland and corn the same way.

This the absolute worst Churches or chicken joint in the City.... Poor service horrible food. Cold sides, burnt over coated greasy chicken. The recipe has definitely been changed. Along with the menu. This is my second attempt at eating here I will never eat Churches again.... Maybe fried chicken period.... Just an absolute horrible experience
I’m very distraught after eating food here!!!!!!! after almost 33 years of service they have lost a dedicated customer.My mother used to be A very loyal customer here then in the recent years, so have I, But things have changed today.They serve Rotten chickenWith Disgusting customer service.we ate chicken here i purchased the 10 piece for 12.99 fries and a drink.But we couldn’t even finish one piece of chicken (There was five of us disgusted ) I brought back five. It was disgusting. It tasted like burnt plastic It’s as if they added a chemical to the chicken to hide the rotten chicken, it’s as if they didn’t change the oil. They neglect every single thing for Customers. Again, I repeat this food, tasted like rotten burnt plastic.The smell stuck to my hands It’s horrific.My total bill was $22. I tipped one of the employees two dollars (for the small pieces of chicken). He gave me. 3 pieces were just crusted flower and no meat.Enjoy this review, you can’t take it down and you can’t pay me off to delete it. This review will sit on Google for a very long time And hopefully this will help train your employees better.By the way, little Caesars Is better.

Chicken batter seemed off, wing quality was terrible, & they had no spicy chicken. Service was cool but too Poole you don’t have spicy before I pay my money next time. The chicken breast quality was good but batter was terrible.
