Worst Dairy Queen experience I’ve ever had! Ordered 2 blizzards and all the topping were on the top 1/3 of the blizzard.

I just came to the dairy Queen because there was a confusion about my order I ordered the strawberry cheesecake Blizzard with whipped cream. I didn't get the strawberries in it and I came back to resolve that and the owner accommodated me. Now any other time and some situations they'll just say hey we'll just fix it and don't charge when I have had these misunderstanding but he gave me 50% off and redid the order to satisfy me. I just want to say that he is a great guy he's extremely professional and though I was frustrated we were able to resolve it and he took care of me. I want to say that he's definitely a professionalist he definitely took care of me I'm extremely satisfied and I think he has leadership qualities l.

It had to be a couple months ago me and my mom and brother were going here to get my mom a frosted shake and the guy on the intercom had a nasty attitude my mom asked a simple question about if they were open and he answered back sarcastically yeah were open reason we asked it was a lot of people leaving from the store front we got to the window a lady came to the window and said sorry for the inconvenience, from her c worker and then tells him that my mother said his attitude was nasty he comes comes to the window and says my mother had a nasty attitude and started to argue with her and then gave her money back to her I haven’t been back since btw the guy had a grey jacket with a ponytail and caucasia.
