Demis is my Absolute Favorite Bar/Restaurant! I celebrated my 49th birthday there last January, n I had a blast. The owner and his staff took great care of me and my guest. The owner Donald is Super Cool! His staff are all friendly, cool, and very attentive, and they serve the best Strongest Drinks. I have a good relationship with all the bar tenders and the Dj Shannon. I would definitely recommend everyone to come out to this bar. My coworkers and I meet up every Wednesday for Karaoke and have a Blast. It's safe, clean, and the Food and Drinks are Amazing! Here the food is good , the atmosphere is good. However the service needs some work ,long wait time ,the food not timed to come out together, upcharges ?? I was disappointed with my First impression.

Need staffing. The wait staff ignores you. Have you sitting for 10 or more minutes before asking to take your order. service is horrible after 6 don't go out take lots of patience before it gets real rude. We walked out and left you think the staff or manager at the bar stopped us. NOPE! Took almost two hours for a fish dinner and a loaded potato didn’t even have bacon and wow…. I’m sitting in my review…
I ordered 30 wings before 7pm and I was only given 15. The owner who was present didn’t even come out to address the issue despite one of his waitresses or servers placing my order wrong but instead sent his sister out to speak to me. The sister came and talked to me but didn’t even come back to address the issue after asking me how it can be resolved. I’ve always had Demi’s on my month long birthday list since 2020 but after this evening I’m no longer supporting this establishment as I’ve never experienced unprofessionally and cowardly service before. Ownership or management should be willing to speak to an unsatisfactory customer and not avoid them especially after I asked for the management who I knew was in the establishment.
