Good food but the Attitudes of the OWNER OR EMPLOYEES needs to change. Dark skin heavy set woman and other 2 ladies that be on staff. 2 different visits I experienced this. There are millions of restaurants to eat at but yours was chosen. When people walk in your establishment to order greet them with a smile ?. Say welcome to Fat Boys what would you like to order? How May I help you? Better yet, May I place your order? Anything but weird looks turned up frowning faces, smart mouths and rudeness. Acting unprofessional and rude is not becoming. Be a business with integrity, good customer service and appreciative of your customers. What personal or business dilemmas you have are just that. They are not your customers so don't mistreat them. Serve them nicely they help keep the business going and your family bills paid. Also don't have your doors open for service then tell customers we really not open we waiting on oil. You either open for business or you not. The correct thing to say was we are unable to fry at this but we will have this option available in 30 minutes. Would you like to order or wait? Be kind to people.Perspective ?

If it was left up to me, I wouldn't give them any stars!!! The food is too salty! Especially their chicken pasta! It's too salty, too much alfredo sauce and it's too cheesy! Also, the heavyset cook is very rude when she's taking orders from customers over the phone! I try to support black owned businesses! However, when the cook is being rude, it's makes it hard for the owner to strive in this already challenging time!!!

Disappointed ordered 2 turkey chop dinner it was disgusting broccoli was old looking and even tasted old macaroni and loaded mashed potatoes was hard! Went to get a refund and they tried to give me half the money after touching all over the food! The food was barely eaten! A woman named Tiffany had a nasty attitude when I came to return the food but I’m the one that paid $40 for some trash! Very unprofessional and poor customer service sad!

Wouldn't take my order.. told me they were doing a shift change and to call back in an hour .. . I had never heard of a restaurant doing this.. ended up going somewhere else..

All the doors are locked. No doors on the alley have a sign. You have to go through the beauty shop next door to get in or out.

I ordered the 5 piece bbq chicken wings got home and opened the box and was upset, I got 2 pieces that were good but the rest I have no clue what chicken pieces they gave me I usually check my orders before leaving but I was in a rush and didn't check.
