They make the best coffee too and way better priced than the competition in the area.

My favorite little bakery! The apple danish is delicious, and I love their vanilla bean tea.

Lovely cafe right across the street from Orchestra Hall. My daughter plays with the Detroit Symphony Orchestra's Civic Youth Concert band so I have time to burn during her rehearsals. Give Thanks is a great place to grab a pasty and coffee. The croissants are butter and flaky. Delicious. The iced latte is out of this world good. I see myself being a frequent customer.

Stopped in and bought a loaf of sourdough. The owner was in, offered a sample, and shared the ingredients and time-tested approach that go into the sourdough: just starter, flour, water and salt. The result is wonderfully complex and flavorful. It made for great toast with butter and sandwiches.

Thank you for the delicious cookies for my Saturday family gathering. They even ate the crumbs out of the basket once the cookies were gobbled up. The best!!

My family and I are asian. When we came in, the staff is super moody, doesn’t welcome, and used phone all the time. But when my family brought white people to this place, the staff serviced them incredibly nice. What a standard. Even though the pastries are good. If you are Asians Beware! Maybe the staff doesn’t want any money from us.

(Plant-based Reviewer) LOVE this coffee shop! This is the go to local coffee shop! They have both almond and oat milk and use illy coffee beans. My sugar and dairy loving friends and co-workers LOVE the pastries here as well. This place does it right. Highly recommend. Kudos!

I entered the store around 15:30 on Wednesday, October 19, 2022, purchased Bavarian Pretzel ($3.5 including tax) and Quiche Nicoise ($9 including tax) and took out. You can use your credit card. The Bavarian Pretzel was microwaved and the Quiche Nicoise reheated in the oven.Bavarian Pretzel was average. The Quiche Nicoise had thinly sliced brown onions in it, but it was not caramelized properly, and I felt a bitter taste. There are other olives and tomatoes in it, but I couldn't feel the harmony overall, and I got a rough impression, whether it was because each ingredient was overstated or because there weren't many ingredients. It may be difficult to describe, but it wasn't my favorite Quiche.I will try other things if I have the chance. I thought it was a take-out specialty, but it seems that eat-in is also available ?

This little bakery was wonderful. The woman working (sorry I didn't catch her name) was so nice and cheerful. The pastries were delicious and the coffee was great. I was very impressed overall. Will be back again for sure!

Everything from this bakery is delicious (and I've tried a lot)! My favorite items are the quiches and pretzels. But truly you can't go wrong with anything here and there is something for everyone. My favorite part of this location quite frankly is the face behind the counter, Donya. She is truly wonderful and I can always count on her for a pleasant experience and wonderful recommendations.
