Better late than never, I’m reviewing all the bars we went to on 3/17.I WAS HERE ON ST PATRICKS DAY N THOSE 2 BARTENDERS WERE THE BEST! THEY MADE NOT ONLY THE BEST DRINKS BUT THE CUTEST GREEN DRINKS!!! THEY WERE ALSO THE FIRST TO GIVE US GREEN BEER THAT NITE!!! LOVE THOSE GIRLS EVERY TIME WE COME. I usually come here with my sister and my mom. I came here this past weekend with some friends after work. This random man in vest walked up to us, and the first thing we noticed was his breath was screaming ALCOHOL. Right after he "seated" us he went to the bar with some old guys and continued drinking his margarita. I asked my waitress with the braids who was the guys and she said the two old men were the owners who just sit in drink at their bar and the guy in the vest was a random man who worked for the company years ago. I was utterly shocked. Not only at the information I was given but she said it like this is normal behavior. That is so unprofessional imagine someone from a higher stature coming to dine in and sees this behavior from the owner himself. This needs to be reported. I've worked in the restaurant business for years and this place is nothing but a circus. For the past 4 years, I've come with my mom and sister and we sit at the bar and have a lovely dining experience with our bartender Macy and the food is outstanding. But this last experience was the complete opposite. I asked the "random man in the vest" if we could sit at the bar and he said we would "much rather sit at a table" that we should "trust him". We shouldn't have. Our waitress left us to go smoke, and not a cigarette. We had all this time to observe and it's after all the years coming it's definitely not what it used to be. Those old men just sit at the bar drinking, being creepy just watching but turn a blind eye to their restaurant going down the drain. Next time just sit at the bar and request Macy, TRUST ME.

The food was horrible. It should be called Detroit-mex and not Tex mex. There was nothing close to bleing Tex-mex. The salsa was bland and had no flavor plus extremely mild. The fajitas had a weird smell and the chicken was bland. The refried beans and rice also lacked flavor However the waitress was very nice.
Taco Tuesday is definitely one of my favorite times to eat at Loco's. The food is delicious, and the beers are at a good price. I make sure to stop in at least once a month to eat in there.

Food was great! It’s unfortunate that the service was completely the opposite. I don’t recommend going in the morning at all. The blonde morning bartender looks and acts miserable. She acts like customers are an inconvenience to her. If her attitude doesn’t say it her face will. She makes you feel like you did something to her or like you pissed her off with sitting at the bar. As time went on with my encounter I came to the realization she was high. She could barely keep her eyes open. Not a good look for business to have a bartender nodding out. Really sad on the employee. Sad on the employees around her and the business owners for not fixing what looks to be an ongoing problem. Just avoid mornings all together. They’re understaffed and the morning staff are rude and will put all problems and wrong doing on you the customer. You’re safest bet is night shift sitting at the bar. Look for a long brown haired girl with a beautiful smile. Or floor seating with the guy with the good hair. My family comes here too often to be treated the way I was today.

This was honestly the worst food experience I've ever had in my life. I would rather have a banquet TV dinner. We found a BLACK HAIR in one of our Salsa cups that came with our chips. The place was under-staffed with only one waitress and the cook most likely WASN'T wearing gloves or a hair net due to the contaminated Salsa. One kind customer offered to help take orders but we never got one of the drinks even though we asked TWICE for the Pop. Not saying we would want it anyway because the Pop was probably from a two liter that had been sitting out for a few weeks. We mentioned the missing Pop to the Waitress and she LITERALLY told us she didn't care that we didn't get our Pop. We were all DISGUSTED due to the BLACK HAIR we found in one of the Salsa cups. This place is definitely not a good choice I would recommend never going to this place. We were there on a Saturday which is suppose to be one of the busiest days and they only had ONE WAITRESS!?? Who ever runs this establishment you should be ASHAMED and you should get into another industry. The food industry is NOT for you. That was NASTY. POP WAS FLAT. HAIR IN SALSA. ONE WAITRESS. ONE OF US AT OUR TABLE NEVER GOT THEIR DRINK. RANDOM CUSTOMER TAKING ORDERS AND SERVING FOOD. BAD IDEA OR ANYONE DONT GO HERE I REPEAT DONT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!!

She was very unprofessional about calling someone who was supposed to work and cussing at them because they weren't there. It took forever to get our chips and salsa. The salsa had a hair in it. A random customer started taking drink orders and forgot one of our coca colas. We asked for it multiple times and still never got it. The food was mediocre. Worse than frozen food. Overall I would rate this 0/10 if I could. Stay away from this place. NOT WORTH IT.

Went on a Friday night. No host. Sign said wait to be seated. No body greeted or acknowledged we walked in (group of 4). Waited 10+ minutes to be seated at the bar and had to ask for one of the 6+ open tables. Waited another 10+ minutes for chips and salsa. Waited 10+ after that and then had to order drinks and meal at the same time (no drinks or water before this). Food was mediocre. Waited 20+ minutes to get check. Did not ask how we wanted to slit it and added an automatic 15% gratuity. Price was ok but food quality and service was abysmal.
