The Everything Bagel Wings were delicious. The dip was not the best but not the worst. However, the Hibiscus Margaritas are a must try.IMPORTANT: They no longer serve the Charcuterie Board.

Everything is normally good but this review is strictly based on the SERVICE I received here last night. One of the times we came here, we had a server by the name of DONOVAN, a tall dark guy that wears glasses. He was not a good server and I remember telling my boyfriend how I thought he was ignoring us but I let it pass because it was a little busy. But last night was when I knew he had a REAL problem. I had a reservation at 10pm in the DINING ROOM and when I walked in Donovan checked me in and took me to the Bar area at a small table and where it was crowded. I asked him if I could sit in the dining room where I had requested and he shrugged and said “okay got you, follow me” and sped walk to a table and set us down. From that point on, Donovan never checked on us, he was also serving people a table over from us and he would walk right pass us and over to them. If I knew he was going to be my server I would have sat in the bar area at a tiny table instead. When we tried to ask for condiments we literally had to wave him down because he was flying right by us. It was as if we were a bother to him and he didn’t want us asking him about anything. The only time he came over was when I put on my coat and asked us if we needed anything which was almost 30 minutes after we started eating. I always try to give servers the benefit of the doubt but with him it’s blatant that he does not like serving CERTAIN people (in my strong opinion). His attitude is overall bad, he is not attentive, and I feel only caters to people of non color.

Food was good. Service was good. No reservations. Place was empty. Given the table right next to the door, even though empty and no one else came in while dining. Basically given worst table in restaurant, although empty. 0ur waitress was very nice & efficient. For leftovers we were just dropped boxes. Sauces spilled all over the table in process of self-boxing up. Felt like it was expensive meal to have sauces spilled all over the table, because the server could not box up the left-overs. Management needs to make better choices.

My husband and I have dinner at Lumen at least every 4 to 5 weeks. Love the manager Rose and her staff Claire and Riley, to name a few. If we have a different wait staff taking care of us, these wonderful ladies will come over to our table to say hi.
We loved the food, atmosphere, customer service. Great quality. Food was prepared fresh, we had the calamari for as appetizer, crabcakes, which were a bit spicy with the Sriracha, vegetable ciabatta sandwiches with salad and a Lumen hamburger and fries. Non alcoholic peach lemonade, lavender mint drinks.
Not a good place for dinner parties they will not seat parties over 10

Everything was top-notch! Service was fantastic, our table was ready exactly when expected, drinks were amazing, and the food was DELICIOUS. Not to mention the very cool atmosphere of the place. I’d definitely return!
