I ordered online through the app while I was waiting in the drive thru and ordered a shamrock shake and fries for my friend on the app. When I gave the lady my code at the speaker she told me that they are out of shakes. I asked her how I can get a refund and she told me I have l get a refund through the app. I spend about 30 minutes trying to get a refund through the app and sent an email to Mcdonalds just to be told that I can only get a refund through the store. I want a refund and future store credit for my wasted time and gas. I will update to higher star if Management resolved this issue

Fresh everytime I ask for well done. Definitely the BEST McDonald’s in Detroit. I’m not sure who the Manager is on this shift (March 4/2024 @ 6:10pm…. But the definitely deserve a 5 star for running an awesome shift & along with the Employees. I literally never have a issue at this location & I love it.

Went to this McDonalds about 8 minutes ago today was told by a young team member with the instruction from her manager, they no longer sell cookie totes…. I am currently at 8 and Greenfield picking up my cookie tote. This location has lazy and have zero work ethic, lying to customers because you don't want to go through the trouble of doing your job, that you applied for is crazy and a huge issue.

This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! It starts at the drive through, no customers service manners and the food presentation was disgusting and very disrespectful! Would have returned to show them and discuss the matter, but had to return to work.Owner needs to keep staff in check! This is ridiculous!! If you don’t want to work, stay home!
