Took more than 1 hour to order and get food. Even then, the food was cold/undercooked and missing a few items. Stuffs looked overworked or unmotivated to serve the customers. Worst McDonald's restaurant I have seen so far.

I go there for breakfast I get there a 6:45 am I set in drive thru until 7:20 am and no one still took my order so I went to Taco Bell right next store and got my breakfast . I won't be going to that McDonald's anymore .

One of the worst McDonald ever. I’m in lane now and the cashier got 2 lanes held up for 30 minutes and keep saying one moment. The inside the same way. No one can seem to take control of McDonald no more. We as a people need to stop buying from them and see how they like it.

It is truly sad that in our community, the managers at this store on gratiot near french rd. Have lowered the standards of service to this degree. Never, never again will i approch your driveway. Others should follow. Cooparation, should take a close look at these managers, the public should shut this store down. If some immediate changes are notmade.

Food is never hot (fries) and you can tell it's been sitting or if they cook it fresh the grease is old so I get an extra dark dry filet of fish instead of a hot golden one.
