Needs to clean their pop machine nozzles went few days ago and it was black dirt in my HI-C orange I told them about it and I simaid twice refund me for thr drinks they gave me 4 coke-cola from the back like because it was dark colored and can't see the dirt I was gone want it. I gave them pops away inside the restaurant and still never got my refund. Food is always fresh and hot but yea inwont buy drinks from here again. Yall know darn well yall can soak those pop nozzles in some hot water soap and Bleach just nasty

I'm so done with McDonald's you money hungry savages. You take my money but you don't ever give me the product I pay for. Why the hell every time I order a double big Mac you keep giving me a regular big Mac. Put the patties on the buns. You want to extra charge for everything and the people willing to pay don't even get what they paid for. Then you give Mr my carmal Frappuccino that I can't even enjoy because the bottom of the cup is broken and spilling everywhere. Then I try to call immediately and they just hang up. This is absolutely atrocious. I understand it's McDonald's and I'm not asking for 5 star service but I'm asking to at least get the product I paid for. Why the do you even offer a double bigmac and they keep giving me a regular bigmac. You love taking my money and never giving me the product. I'm done. You better had put the extra Caramel syrup that I had to pay an extra $1 for in my coffee. If you don't want to do the most basic job that there is which is service then go find something else to do because at this point you're worthless.
