Came for lunch at 1pm but the menu was diminished a ton. There wasn't much of an option

Slow, limp, almost non-existent service even though the restaurant was empty. Seems like the servers are hiding behind a screen most of the time and when they eventually float out, it is done so in a way that expertly avoids the gaze of the customer. When the food did come out, it was made with sub-standard ingredients (wilted lettuce and browned avocado hidden underneath their fresher cousins) and little care to presentation.

All I can say is Chef Chris has a knack for creating amazing dishes!! My son Brandon had the sliders which he loved and I will definitely be trying those on my next visit!! The truffle fries and macaroni and cheese were some of the best I've ever had and the MCK strawberry vinaigrette on my salad was so delicious! My husband's salmon was cooked perfect and so flavorful and Chef Chris knocked it out of the park with dessert. I can't recommend the Mac and cheese enough and even tho it's a shareable get your own ...you won't want to share!! Our server Jaclyn was amazing. She was so personable and friendly and always checking back with us. My son had worn his Special Olympics medals he had just won and he loved all the attention she gave him and the chef came out and congratulated my son too! What a wonderful experience will definitely be back!

Maybe I got lucky. The service and atmosphere were nice. Not anything special. The food however, was a surprise. I ordered the chicken sandwich. The chicken was juicy, crispy, seasoned nicely, and the sauces were perfect. If I find myself here again, I would come back specifically to order it. Well done.

Food was mediocre fries and wings were over salted, the $70 steak that came with broccolini and potatoes were very bland, The only good thing they had was the Mac and cheese, drinks were served in a bottle. Personally wouldn’t spend my money on this place

When you walk in, if it's early--the place looks amazing. If you walk in at 10am on a Sunday morning, there are plenty of places to sit, but tables are dirty( like, all of them) & nobody seems to care to do anything about it. Stayed at Double Tree for a weekend & watched at least 12 groups walk out because nobody does anything. If you can get food, it's decent, but it really leaves something to be desired.

Laid-back, comfortable atmosphere, friendly staff, and great food. Their salmon is absolutely delicious, and they have a nice selection of omelets in their breakfast menu.

The place had a nice atmosphere but that's about it. The service was terrible! Let me say that again, Terrible! The food was mediocre. How does one mess up french fries? $12 for burnt veggies. We waited a ridiculous amount of time for our food. We asked to speak to the manager. The manager was an imbecile. If the owner is reading these comments please do yourself a favor, get some competent people to run your establishment. Jocelyn, I believe was her name, she was nice. She tried to assist us. She saw the looks on our faces from across the room. Big thanks to her for making an effort to apolozie for the terrible experience we had dining.

Restaurant has nice ambiance. I had the Denver omelette (pictures and was just ok). My daughter had the bacon, egg and cheese English muffin sandwich. She really enjoyed it (sorry no pic) and great value. Service was very quick.

Attentive, friendly, focused customer service. How wonderful to be remembered especially when it’s been one year since my last stay. Comfortable surroundings with short walking distance from food choices or quick transportation pick-up

We had a good 1 night stay this past weekend. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating (shout out to Ayesha and Donna) esp with self-park issues. In fact, all hotel staff were cordial and helpful. Our room seemed to be a newer renovated room and was very clean upon arrival. One drawback is it’s not really close to any restaurants, but it is only a short walk to get to several establishments.

The service was TOP NOTCH! Frances...THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE. The atmosphere/ambiance is great. Food....ehhhh. The fries are just regular. I had the Salmon sandwich. Very bland. The salmon was not seasoned at all. I have when restaurants make sandwiches and think the condiments are the seasoning. The slaw can't supplement for for the lack of seasoning.

I checked in thus hotel as a Diamond member. I was given a non renovated room. The room is old and has a musty order. My brother check in as a silver member and got a renovated room. When I called to switch rooms, they told me that just because I am a diamond member doesn't mean that I should get a renovated room. Then she told me that they can't change my room because the hotel is sold out and even though not everyone has checked in, why should someone else get a non-renovated room. Then she transferred me to her manager's voice-mail. I felt completely disrespected and non valued as a diamond member at this hotel.
