Only stopped there twice but their corn beef sandwichs slap... an they gotta bomb grilled chicken salad!!
Ordered over the phone for pick up. Was told cash only.Send my daughter to pick up $32 grill chicken salad , 1 chill cheese fries, 1 chill fries. Called the next day asked for the same exact order was told $26 . Somebody stealing! First and last time they will get me. Ask for a receipt if you go here! Damn shame they got to hustle the customers ! Bad business!

Drive thru waitress on December 1st 2023, had me sitting at drive thru for 15 mins.She never came back to the monitor.When I move up to the window, she was taking the customer order behind me and when I tried to address the issue, she totally block me. I tried to come in and let her know , I was forgetting at drive thru then block at the window, my concern was dismiss on the inside of the restaurant by another waitress, I have been tipping heavy for years. They wouldn't let me explain. I knew the original owners and sorry that Momma died.What happen to good customer service?.Good customer service R.I.P at the business on Livernois and Tireman.?

The name of this coney island is Onasis. I call it O'NASTY! I learned the hard way not to place and order over the phone because it will be wrong EVERY TIME! Tonight I ordered in person only to find out was still wrong when I got it home. They said bring it back, so I did. Long story short my food wasn't remade they simply added the condiments that were missing from my food. I had to explain to the owner/ cook why it was wild that it wasn't remade. To sum it up, DON'T DO IT! And to top it off the OWNER/COOK DOESN'T WEAR GLOVES!
