Great food and appetizers- the queso was awesome! Had a strawberry margarita and it was delicious, will definitely be back!

Cute little, chic and cool place in Mexican village area. Hip and red tint of color in the room from the neon sign on the wall. The waiter came quick with chips and salsa platter, nice. Welcome to the restaurant app. He informed me they were out of the ceviche mixto, peso wedge and the birria tonight, that’s all fine, nothing I was craving. I ordered the mango habanero guacamole, street elote and the tacos doraditos with the chicken tinga. The chips are thin and crispy, the red salsa has some good heat to it. The green salsa is mild, not my favorite as far and flavor. The red salsa is much better.

Been wanting to go here for a while and finally was able to go for brunch and it didn't disappoint. I had the Huevo Rancheros with a cantarrito and we also had the abuelita pancakes. Both were awesome.. can't wait to go back and try some of the other menu items

This place is amazing! Terrific cocktails and food. So excited to add this place to our Mexican food rotation. Service is terrific. Dog friendly at outside tables. Great place to go after a run at the dog park up the road.

Check.Guess I know where my new favorite Mexican restaurant in Detroit it- I should have known it would be in the heart of Mexican town. Every single thing we ate was delicious- I ate there for dinner and I'm still full by lunchtime the next day. Highly recommend the tacos (they come with a crispy outer shell) and the queso (thick and delicious with a meat topping)A word of caution- I don't know if I just hadn't eaten enough earlier or if the drinks were strong, but these margaritas knocked me OUT! Definitely not skimping on the alcohol here. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Cute interior. Perfect vibe for a girls night or Happy Hour.

Everytime i go to Peso i try something different! The wings, elote, and the doraditos are amazing! If you never had the watermelon salad i think it's the best thing on the menu. I tried all of the margaritas and the federica picosa is my favorite hands down. It's a cool trendy spot for all ages.
