I stopped in there for a lunch on a Friday for the first time. This café is so warmly decorated, charming, and welcoming. What a wonderful, sweet staff. My egg salad sandwich and fries came out in about 5 to 7 minutes and was absolutely delicious. The fries seem to be made of great quality yellow potatoes. I am definitely coming back here again and bringing my parents when they are in town!

I work in the area. Going on 11 years now. Visited back in 2014 a couple of times. Maybe a third. They are so stingy it's ridiculous. The tuna fish sandwich reminded me of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. That's not how you fix a tuna fish sandwich. A tuna sandwich should have a large scoop of tuna on it. Also serving the cheapest potato chips they can get away with, the Better Made brand and the smallest size available is not worth the price. I usually get out for lunch everyday. Sometimes the place has a few cars in it, sometimes the parking lot is empty and they appear closed. Whatever the case, I believe they could make much more money than what they do if they just weren't so stingy. I believ a lot more people that are going to the chain restauratnts during lunch would come to Rabaut's if their reputation was better, expecially if they had been there for 29 years or more. My Customer Lifetime Value that they threw away makes no sense. Imagine how many more potential customers they lost and are losing. I started to try and give them constructive criticism. But I've learned that restaurants are in the business of making money. Not being fair. Most of the time they don't want to hear what customers have to say.

Hidden gem right off Greater Mack on border of Grosse Pointe and Detroit. Secured parking area with a cute indoor seating area. Got a turkey cranberry which was absolutely delicious. The turkey was amazing and served on fresh multigrain bread with a bag of chips Highly recommend trying if in The area

Lived in the neighborhood for 43 years, unfortunately never stopped in. I needed a quick bite and it clicked in my head to go. Walking in I feel like I'm at my moms house in her dining room. Very cool feel.I got their Texas ciabatta, very good and quick. Tasted very fresh as well.I will be back, with family and friends

Nice little Cafe and friendly service. Food was ok but was all really overcooked. We didn't ask for anything to be "extra well done" but everything was so, if we go again we'll try the cold sandwiches instead.

I'm all about a good sandwich. I got Mike's ciabatta. Although it wasn't a crispy ciabatta like I was thinking (not even sure it was really ciabatta, it was soft) it was a really good sandwich. Got a can of coke and small bag of better made chips. Small mom and pop place. Based off that sandwich I would defiantly try again if in the area!

A good spot for sandwiches. It's been here for a long while now. I have ordered some sandwiches for my parents from here before. The cucumber and cream cheese with shallots sandwich on pumpernickel bread is my step-dad's favorite. The tuna melt is my mom's favorite. I have had their Turkey Rueben before. Good sandwiches and good services too. Open for carry out only and open from 10AM-4PM.
