This location lacks operational standards. My order set up in the front for 10 minutes and never was called while it was busy with other guests in the restaurant. there was a homeless man at the ketchup stand with his pants down and said not a thing to him.. Never will be returning to this location Again, and will continue to make that drive all the way to Troy Michigan

Food was salty. Ordered chicken bites, 70% of it was just batter and not properly cooked. Place felt like a public restroom, water on the floor and dirty tables.

Shake shack has the best burger across all fast food burgers. Their french fries is really good. It’s our first time in Detroit so finding a parking spot is kind of difficult since you’re in downtown.

First class food, first class service, easy ordering, food gets delivered to your table. Washroom is clean. Spent about 30-40 minutes here. The mushroom burger and the korean spiced cheese fries are just so delish. But I already knew that coz I have eaten before at Shake Shack in the states and its always a hit. I drove 3.5 hours from Toronto for this burger and fries coz still waiting for them to open up in Toronto. I came in on a Saturday around 2 and there were no wait times.Vegetarian options: They have a veggie burger too but wasn’t available i think that day coz dint find it on the ordering tablet. Mushroom burger is fab though.

I’m a fan of shake shack but today I was disappointed. They have a specialty Korean chicken sandwich available for a limited time… I thought why not try that instead of my usual single smokeshack; I even asked the worker at the counter how it was (they unenthusiastic they said “it’s good”). We ordered from the kiosks, grabbed a table card and a seat. Tables were not clean and we needed to wipe them down. There was no more ketchup at the self serve station.Service was also meh… someone scooped up my table card before the order was done and when I tried to stop him he replied “you’ll still hear them call your name” and then when bringing out the food, they straight up said - “if you like your food you need to tip me.” Umm sir, we already tipped at the counter.Back to the food, I should have followed my first mind because this sandwich was mostly inedible. The white kimchi slaw was bland and watery, so was the gochujang sauce - so it made my crispy chicken & toasted bread a soggy nasty mess. I picked at it, eating only the chicken, which was just ok (not dry but not juicy). Saving grace was the other items I ordered - a double smokeshack, fries, sunset & yuzu honey lemonade.

woooooowwy what a dooozie. I know I'm one funny Canuck but I never expected this experience. The staff was so lifeless it reminded me of when we buried our family dog. Food was surprisingly mediocre like my first time going to second base it was like moose on his high legs playing hockey. Lastly the atmosphere was otherworldy as a homeless gentlemen kept me and my family rather entertained. I believe I saw his taint at some point. I did end up donating half of my eaten burger. He would probably leave a 5 star review if he could cuz he ate that thing like a squirrel finding a nut. Will definitely visit soon thank shaker shak.

Waited for around 20 minutes for a milkshake, with nobody else waiting for an order and 6 members of the staff playing on their phone behind the counter.

Entered as the only one in the service area, ordered a small shake, waited 15 minutes before I was texted that my order was complete, only to find out they hadn’t started it. 25 minutes for ONLY a small shake. Pretty inexcusable if you ask me. They also ask for tip before ordering. This is why I won’t. I’ve had multiple similar issues at this location.

That placed was packed, but Eric and his team never missed a step and my food was the best I've had from a shake shack
