Simply the greatest barbeque I've had in Michigan. In my opinion, it rivals the barbeque I've had down in Texas! The atmosphere is very cool, and food is incredible, and the service is great. Oh, and the drinks are really good too!

My food was cold... I told the Bartender... he reheated it.. brought it back to me cold. I told him it's still cold.. he told me NOOO it's not... as if he ment to be intimidating. I've never been treated so rudely.. this is my 5th time dining here.... by far my worst dining experience

My God this place! Less than an hour drive and every time we go here I wonder why we don't do it more often. Amazing BarBQ. Great beer selection. Friendly bartenders. Best meal I have had in a long time. Run don't walk to Slow's ASAP. SO GOOD! The Yardbird deserves its ranking as one of (in my opinion it's THE) best sandwiches in the USA .Parking: Parked in a lot.nearby $7. Hey whatever, it's worth it.

A true treasure of Detroit. You may wait for a table (we were told "hour wait" but waited 20 minutes) but, believe me, it is well worth it! The service and atmosphere is excellent but the food is unbelievable! You WILL enjoy

Food was good, I highly recommend the smoked baked beans. But be prepared to wait, service was extremely slow, it took over 20 minutes just to get our drinks. Drinks were gone before we even got to place our order. Thankfully the Sugar Shack is next door to get a drink in less than 30 minutes.
First off Scott our server was very good. Even though the place was packed and he was busy he never lost sight of what we needed when we needed it. My granddaughter got the triple threat and loved it. I got the pulled pork with Cole slaw and pickles. It was delicious until I ran into the coating which was so salty I could barely eat it. Other than that the sandwich was delicious and the side of baked beans were the best I've had in awhile. I got a to go order for my husband with a side of Mac and cheese. He said the brisket was the best he's ever had but he didn't care for the Mac and cheese. The fresh lemonade was good according to my granddaughter. All in all I will go back again for sure just wish I hadn't got the end piece of the pulled pork. Reasonable prices and the staff was great.

Honestly a little disappointed ?Everything was just ok. Nothing was bad but nothing really jumped out, except for the Mac which was better than most.Floppy bacon, could just be a me problem and should’ve asked for crispy.The whole sandwich was just pretty dry even with bbq sauce.SO said the ribs were just ok. Nothing special about it.Burnt tips weren’t burnt and crispy.Server was great tho!?♂️

The reason we haven't been back is because food was cold and slightly dry. Mediocre. Host/hostess crappy attitude. Not that impressed. Get it together. 1st visit 3.9 2nd visit 2.5.

Okay if I could take going to this place back I would the food here is bland tasteless meat is dry and unseasoned smh to each its own but if I had to say some of these reviews are lying if you like nasty food then this is your spot but this is a warning to save your money and yourself because you will be very disappointed
