Closed about an hour early on March 8th. Apparently short staffed. I guess the owner/manager doesn't care about making money. Everything else was open.

Very cheap on toping. I don't know if it's my local one and many others that fold the meat to give you a little more, but this one lays it flat and no overlap. Also customer service wasn't the best.

Staff is arguing with each other, one of them suddenly stopped working while preparing my sandwich. Then another person took over until they also ran away and argued with each other and the manager(?). Never seen such a badly managed place. Cleanliness was also not great with lots of food lying around from preparing sandwiches. Then they forgot to charge me for the sandwich: "you were already checked out". At that point I should have left.

I have very low expectations of airport fast food and this place still managed to disappoint. At first I thought the employees were all high, but then it became apparent that they were moving intentionally slow just to anger the customers. And they thought it was hilarious. I've never seen anything like it. 0 stars. Fire everyone.

It seemed like this was the slowest moving restaurant in the airport. My niece wanted a sandwich so I braved the long line. There was one guy working really hard trying to make all the sandwiches, while the lady on the register just stood there and looked. After a while, she finally put on some gloves and helped to dress the sandwiches. I noticed that she was running the cash register and dressing sandwiches with the same gloves. When I got to that point, I asked her to change her gloves. She proceeded to change her gloves but gave me a terrible look while doing so.

Come here if you want to learn how not to make a sandwich…4 staff members behind the counter. 2 chatting, 1 actually doing work and mopping, and another doing heaven knows what in the back.Long story short, I paid $18 to be ignored, spoken to rudely, and my prize was a sandwich with the wrong ingredients in it (despite me telling them countless times).They also loaded everything into the centre of the sandwich, so the torture continued long after the initial painful ordering process. (Lots of spillages).Would not recommend - staff were rude and clearly lacked the training to carry out the role properly. Manners costs nothing. Judging by other reviews, this has been ongoing for a while.I certainly won’t be back.

life lessons to all staff members - don't make passengers' lives miserable. Airlines are already working so hard to make it worst and you have no competition at all:Quit this job, take a break from working life, go travel, eat at other subway location at any airport, reflect on your mistakes, do soul searching, find out what you want to do in life but please don't come back to this subway location ✌️I agree with the reviews below on Google. It reflects my pain and frustration with this subway location.Let's start with Staff members - I am sorry that you have to do your job but please don't make Subway like this. If you don't like your job, please find another one. Customers are getting the most expensive subway in the USA here at your location and expect to get toppings of their choice, not yours.We went 30 mins before the closing time and you can tell staff members were dragging their feet to make subways. Five team members - two making subways cursing because other three get to do easy jobs- counting $$ from the register, cashing out customers, and closing down the sitting area.It took us 30 mins to get to the cashier and at that time, staff was actually yelling at passengers who were trying to get into the line. "Yo, we are closed. We won't take your orders. We are serious. Go somewhere else. We are closed". Have some decency and hope you reflect on your behavior whenever you get treated like this in the future.Food could have been better if you hire right team members.

I just went to Subway and the woman behind me was Asian, she had a thick Asian accent. The employee had no patience and even started taking the person behind her's order. I have never witnessed this kind of pure ignorance and disregard for someone's difference. I am so disappointed that this passenger had to experience this kind of disrespect simply because her accent was heavy. The woman even tried ordering onions and the Girl behind the counter told her they were out of onions quietly, the women didn't show any sign she heard that, and asked for onions again and the girl behind the counter had the audacity to be irritated and ask her to speak up. This is a terrible representation of Detroit.

6:40p june 11There were three workers, two were outright hostile. The family behind me didnt speak english as their primary, but did well enough, but the worker spoke rudely to them and acted like they were stupid. Its okay to just be working a job, but dont take out irritation on customers.
