So I came back from a great golf trip up north and what’s waiting for me? A butter tart that my fiancé got me from eastern market. I’m skeptical as my grandmother made butter tarts for me as a child, Canadian woman. I took one bite and wow. I was going to pick up a dozen to bring to work tomorrow but I now see I must wait until Saturday. I can’t wait to try the other varieties! If you like pastries, this is it!

Had an assortment of tarts the other day after auto show and lunch at Apparatus Room. They were the perfect ending to a perfect day date! My husband loved the pecan and I'm pretty snooty about lemon curd/custard and theirs was spot on!

I love their COCOA TARTS! The flavor is so rich and delicious, if you are a chocolate-holic like me! The PECAN TARTS are my husbands favorite, and if the Cocoa tarts are sold out, he will hide his Pecan tarts from me :) If you like a more BOLD flavor try the LEMON TARTS!
