Wonderful. Stuffed peppers are normally boring but these ones ain't. Very vegetarian friendly. Plenty of spices and flavors in these bad boys. Get the chili cheese fries can't go wrong.

Look, I know opinions are like A** holes and we all have em blah blah blah blah BUT I seriously challenge you to find a better stuffed pepper than this in the country.The richness and complexity of the flavors were just immaculate. I ordered the Detroit BBQ Stuffed Poblano. Usually I'm not even a fan of BBQ sauce but oh my... There was just something special and unique about the way the sauce married each and every flavor in the vegetables, rice and chickenI also ordered the Detroit Jalapeno Popper and that did not disappoint either. Flavor was just as rich and complex. Which is WILD considering how few ingredients was in this compared to the PoblanoThese are made with lots of love, soul and spice! The Detroit pepper company is a must if you are in the Detroit area even if only for a day. It is worth squeezing into any itinerary. I promise.

I've been twice now and the peppers are delicious fresh and piping hot. The wait my first time visiting was about 45 minutes because he was working alone that is fine with me but when I went back I only had to wait 15 minutes because he hired some help for all his new customers coming to try out the place for the first time. This is definitely now my go to restaurant.
I went this past weekend. I had not been there since 2021. Ahhh I was relieved that they still had great foods and great service. They are and have always been the most pleasant people. I am so glad Chimetime did a review on them a few weeks ago. I think that gave them greater exposure. My food was 45min-1hr wait and I didn't mind, I understood the process. They have increased in service and I was happy for them.

Ms. Kiva was so attentive and pleasant!The food was A1. It was my first time and I truly enjoyed it!!
My food was amazing for my first time being there. Customer service was just awesome. I loved how she greeted me and how she talked. She was just so sweet and kind but I went at 3:00 PM on a Saturday and the cook told her not to take any more orders they were going on lunch well you should have a sign that says we’re closed from 3 to 4 for lunch and not yell out while you have customers just a food for thought but overall the food was a five out of five I appreciate it and yes I will be back.

This place has been on my drop-in list for forever and we made it today! Please note: EVERY dish is made fresh-to-order. So, we had a bit of a wait. Enough of a wait to see the brisk call-in orders coming through. Yup, we should have called it in. But they had a pleasant seating area to wait in. The chef took a 15-min break after us. So glad to see a local small business booming!The original is excellent but that BBQ poblano was just amazing. Poblanos have such a bad rap; they are NOT spice, just a little bit of zip combined with the right friends. And don't let the photos fool you, the portion sizes are nice.Lots of street parking.
