Cashiers are rude. Never had worse customer service. When I walked up to ask for 2 spinach pies the cashier looked me up and down and with an attitude bagged my items. Proceeded to tell me the total, still with an attitude, and when I entered my card to pay I asked her for my receipt and she said “why don’t you get it” implying that I should grab it from the printer myself. I asked for her manager who simply said he was new and would talk to her. Sadly, this is not the first time this has happened to me. Several cashiers and they’re all rude. Food is decent but not worth it with the service they provide

All I got was the Eves Revenge dessert "apple" and split it with my cousin. It was okay. It was stuffed with carmelized apples and the cake to me tasted sweet with a hint of cinnamon spice. It tasted like the cinnamon was supposed to be a little stronger and it was coated with some sort of green candy that didn't have a flavor to me. This cafe is located inside MGM. A variety of options for food and drinks and dessert are available for a low price.

Ordered hot chocolate. It is cold! No idea how they make it. But it is not even warm. They call it hot chocolate. This is the 2nd time; I ordered it a for a friend the last time with the same outcome. Cold!

I frequent MGM casino often and I stop at Roasted Bean. I always get excellent service from Juanita. She always smiles and is very courteous and polite. You can tell she enjoys her job.

Bad experience one time once you trying to use pop slots free coffee they give you option up to 5 dollar any coffee and today just without even asking me they just gave me black coffee they trying to say something like rules change or wherever but on email is no any changes is exactly same email as last time I used …..
Everything looks good. I got an apple fritter. Wish they would heat it up. Good selection of coffees and cakes.

First off...with Covid having shut down or limited food choices here at MGM we found this coffee stand very useful. The ladies working are professional and pleasant helpful and patient. The menu is limited but a few sandwich choices, pastries salads. And a breakfast sandwich which is about all that you have as a breakfast choice in the hotel,casino right now...All very good! And the coffee was really excellent!
