They didn’t unlock the door into 11:45am and walking inside smells like a pack of cigarettes…it’s so bad you can’t smell the food cooking just cigarettes. This location needs new staff and management or close down

I only asked for one order, they got confused Ave charged me for 2! I tried to explain that I only wanted 1 but it caused a big ruckus. I wouldn’t recommend going here unless it’s the last thing open at night time!

Extremely poor service couldn't even order.Person working order box says go ahead to order then starts talking to somebody else then starts yelling at us to keep quiet but won't just turn their headset off. Then when she's finished yelling at the person at the window and comes back to us even though before she had to yell at us to keep quiet cuz she couldn't hear now she has to yell over us that we need to speak up cuz she can't hear us interrupting us when we're talking. Truly bizarre experience. Drive a mile and a half down the road to the McDonald's in front of Meijer much much nicer facility better food kinder staff I won't be returning.

Ms. B at the Livernois/8 mile location is the best. My Dad wanted some chili. None of the locations near us had any. I called and Ms. B said they had it and she would put a large 1 to the side to make sure it didn't sell out before I got there. Dad and I really appreciate the excellent customer service she provided!!!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLEI ordered a single with cheese combo and it was so sloppy ? it had to much MUSTARD and the french fries was mixed in with COLD fries & OLD fries in other words they were HARD. East 8 mile & Mound Rd. I tried calling them and they wouldn't even answer the phone
Food was phenomenal it was nice and hot good customer service skills my heart goes out to the manager tho who had to everything because they were short staffed but she and her staffed gotten it done.

The cashier put nasty sauce packets in my bag so the sticky brown dry /wet looking stuff got all over my container of food /hands. Then she had an attitude after asking her what is it and to change it out. Her response was " ITS NOT ON YOUR FOOD . REFUND PLEASE AND THANK YOU with no soap to wash it off my hands. Simply nasty. BUT HER HAIR AND NAILSWAS WHIPPED.
