I wish Wendy's would serve hot food.They probably bag the orders and let them sit on the counter, so by the time you get to the window and pay, the food is barely warm.I had to go inside and ask them to put it in a microwave, which they grudgingly did.I barely go to Wendy's anymore because of this. The service went down so bad.This all starts with the training and management not caring about their store, food quality, and service. Sad.

I ordered a big bacon classic. The burger was cold, the bacon tasted old, the fries were not fresh. The restaurant was not very clean. The staff was courteous. I would not recommend this restaurant ? FYI they fries are not hot and crispy ?

I went in the inside there was three other people in the building ordering. When it got to me they tell they taking mobile orders. Which is fine but if I’m the last person you take my order then stop taking orders you don’t turn me away not only did they turn me away they was rude about it. Especially the with missing teeth she was extremely rude.
