The drive thru people was very rude I had to ask for my receipt, then I noticed that it was on other bags being delivered out the window, as I was told to pull over and wait for the receipt. I waited 20 minutes and just left. I do not know what the problems were, maybe because I asked for ketchup? Which should have been included in the order. However, they had a very nasty way of serving. I was a visitor over there doing work, and went the distance to get to Wendy's, to be treated in this manner. OMG....

Everytime I go here they out of something and don't tell you until you get to the window. Also close whenever they want to, placed a online order an hour before they closed got there 6 min later to be told they closed and don't have anything for my order with an attitude.

Staff was incompetent and lacks basic customer service. Pulled up to the drive thru and they didn’t even acknowledge that I pulled at the mic. So I pulled up to the window to let him know that he never took my order and asked if I could order at the window. He said no told me the only way I could order is if I went through the long drive thru line again. This location is just a waste of your time. I wouldn’t recommend!

I ordered food twice, once with Door Dash and the store charged my credit card 5 times with 2 different prices, for one order and 9-17-23 I was at the ChryslerPlant and ordered a double stack cheeseburger and 1 sugar cookie and received a child's burger and no cookie. The young manager took no responsibility, for this store and I consider both times, as them defrauding me and my credit card! Corporate will be called early in the morning and I want my money back, from the second order or i'm going to put them, on the news!

We sat, as the second car in the drive through line for 15 minutes and we left without getting to the ordering screen.

All one stars, went for lunch today and was told they are closed to prep for lunch. Hmmmm what did ya do all morning because when I drive past there was a guy doing something on his phone and the next window had a lady with her back to the window but getting a drink from the soda machine. This is the only fast food burger place around, you should be more prepared for a lunch rush. Especially with 2 Chrysler plants right there.
