Went Saturday afternoon on 4/6/24 around 1:30pm, the restroom was SUPER NASTY! I can tell nobody cleaned it the previous night before closing... The Managaer there is ghetto with a bad attitude! Her name is Neisha or something like that... She needs to be replaced asap... My fish sandwich was great but the fries were old... They also need to make sure the pop machine is working properly, I filled up a large zero vanilla Coke an later found out it was sour an flat!

I went to Wendy's this evening around 7 and I used the inside because it's supposed to be open until 8. However, Cornelius kindly told me the dining room was closed. He did take my order but also locked the dining room door at 730!!! My sandwich was made wrong the first time and the employee Mariah was eating fries on the line with gloves on. Amber did a good job helping me. The dining room could be cleaner. The service in the city must get better. We must do better in and by our own community.

This location has severely declined over the last few years. I ordered through the app and went in to pick up. The order was not correct. The salad had brown lettuce, the cranberries had discolored other items so the salad has to be more than a day old. The burgers, nuggets and fries were all cold and tasted stale. I threw most of the food in the trash and I will not go back to this location. If we keep accepting unacceptable food and or service, we will continue to receive substandard service.

The staff were unhappy and understaffed on a Saturday night. They were likely tired too. However, there was no pep or energy to their movements. They could have been working in mud up to their ankles. Still, they were polite and gave me hot food'so I was happy at first. I love Wendy's and this was my diet splurge. So I waited 15 minutes to order and longer for food. I ordered a single with lemonade and fries. No size mentioned, so I expected medium. I got large lemonade (poured out half because the cup is too flimsy and I don't need that much sugar), a large fry (threw away 3/4 because it was too much), and a double burger (tried to pry the patties apart to throw one away but the cheese melted under the heat lamps and made that not an option). I hate wasting food, so I don't order large. This annoyed me much more than the slow movements and the long wait ever would.

I used the drive thru for breakfast. Not only was the order completely wrong, everything was cold and the lady at the window had the worst attitude early in the morning. To be fair, I am going to make sure I am commenting in the correct location. My review is for the Grosse Pointe Location on Mack Ave.

When it comes to picking up orders for door dash or Uber eats there extremely slow. They have attitudes when you ask how long for the order comes up. Not organized at all.

The people inside the store were not letting the cars stand infront of the pick up window at the drive thru. The made one car stand ahead of it and one at the back. Took forever to make the order. No management. When they talked to me there were sounds of laughing.Then the girl told me that I should be glad I got my order and that some people never get it.
