Tried to pickup an Uber order here and got yelled at by staff to go in the drive thru. Then went to drive thru and waited forever only to get cussed out by another worker for being at the window. Horrible and unnecessary beyond rude staff. I’ll never pickup from here again.

I recommend that people won't order through door dash or Uber eats at this location. They're extremely slow with the orders. They make you go through the drive thru even when there supposed to be open.Food is never ready on time. Very rude and ghetto there. Worst Wendy's ever!Parking: The parking lot is to small and they make you sit and wait on your food at the end of the drive thru near the exit where you constantly have to keep moving so cars can get through.

Terrible service, long wait.... dirty interior, poor attitude incompetent can not fellow company policyI ordered a breakfast sandwich from here that had a plastic bread tie in my sandwich cut my mouth and nearly choked.... I got on the company complaint line, meanwhile my wife took the food back. She was given 2 replacement sandwich, I had already lost my appetite and filed a complaint. The next time my wife went there the manager who served us the sandwich was upset and asked why we still complain.... because why is there foreign object in my food, I'm thinking about a law suit... alot of fast food places in this area are going belly up... I doordash I can tell you why, TERRIBLE SERVICE, lack of respect. Unwillingness to follow company policy. And poor comprehension. Please hire better people or close your doors... the good people of west Detroit deserve better

Yesterday I placed two orders thru Grubhub and both cancelled. The drivers were told that my orders were “stollen” and they were very rude on providing any help to fix this issue.Additional,Anytime I place an order at any Wendy’s, they never give cream and sugar for , straws, utensils or napkins.Tried for first time breakfast meals, disgusting.
