If I could give no stars I would. I ordered online. My food said it would be done in 13-18 mins I got there in 15. My food was cold and they didn't give me half of what I ordered. I spent almost 60$ for nothing. I asked for a refund multiple times from multiple associates and or managers. They kept telling me it would be 3-5 days. A month later and still nothing. I'm tired of calling.

Workers were fine took my order and gave me a pick up time. Orderd the hotest they had. Got em took them home to let the pain begin. Honest they were not that hot! Also had a strange metalic smell and taste to them. Would not recommend or go back. Its a chain so expectations were low when I walked in. They did not disappoint me.

Been here 3 times over priced food never did my food come out fresh n hot even though I literally watched them make it no sauce on anything I ordered but yet I ordered sauce on it lady taking the order has attitude if u don't like your job get a new 1 because Wingstop requires u to speak to people with respect not attitude n I didn't get no ranch but yet charge me n literally throws bag on the counter n says here with attitude n forget my 3 drinks who does that offcourse employees at Wingstop on vernor

The white guy in the back i guess supposed to be manager is stealing money from the company made me write down what I wanted and put my money in his pocket and bad
This place is unsanitary and the orders were not completely cooked and had hair in the fries AND on top of that, a worker was eating while making the food without gloves??
