We were in the area and during a ride we happened upon Outside Coffee Co. We were so happy that we did because it was like a little oasis of good vibes and good drinks. The cafe is a mixture of a cafe and apparel and merch shop. They sell local art and lots of great products. They also rent equipment like umbrellas, bikes, etc. for you to enjoy the dunes nearby. There is plenty of parking and there are plenty of drink options. Both warm and iced. I ordered a lemonade and it was freshly squeezed, y'all. I LOVE IT. The kids had an icee and iced matcha. The part we loved the most was the outside of the cafe. They have unique seating, like swings on a table, and hammocks to relax on. There is pretty lighting, and I don't know what it is but the breeze just felt different there. It was a nice place to relax. The staff was super friendly, attentive, and helpful. The owner, and artist, was so friendly and welcomed us into her store. She explained how she made her art and a little history of the shop. All in all, they have great coffee and drinks, an awesome ambiance and vibe, and great staff. If you're in the Douglas or Saugatuck area, make sure you plan on stopping by. It's totally worth the visit to relax, take in some zen and caffeine, and maybe take some art home with you. Can't wait to visit again!Parking: Lots of parking.Kid-friendliness: Definitely have kid-friendly options.

This was such a cozy little coffee shop!! There was a warm and inviting fire pit out back, and inside they had a lot of great items for sale (blankets, hats, art, backpacks, socks, and more!)

The concept is super cool. They had a fire going outside and the kiddos utilized the hammocks and swings at the table side. The interior had a fun retail shop with candy for the eyes . The items are a little overpriced but you’re also paying for the experience.Coffee was decent. Definitely above average. They have doggy lattes for $2, which seems reasonable. I saw some happy pups enjoying, which gave us some joy.The only real negative was that the service was real slooooow. There was one barista with a room full of customers and line to the door.

Great coffee, loved the unique atmosphere and the barista and other shop people were fabulous.Parking: We were there just after they opened, so it was easy to park. It doesn’t appear to have many spaces, 4 or 5, I'm guessing. However, I noticed people walking there.

Nice, local place, with good beverages, and very nice seating outside among the trees. It's just across the street from the restored barrel. I recommend it!
