Just had one of those new Frostys, the Orange dream thingy. I took two bites and threw it out. Disgustingly gross. Way too sweet, tacky sweet. And honestly it doesn't taste anything like the original.

The counter had chocolate all over it at both registers. There wasn't one person inside(so it wasn't like they didn't have time to wipe it up). Our shoes stuck to the floor. We didn't eat inside do to the lack of cleanliness.

You have to check your order right to the smallest detail. We ordered a large Chili and a taco salad for myself and a small chili and 1/4 pound burger my wife. That order would include 1 large chili and 2 small chili. The girl taking the order couldn't get it through her head that the taco salad also gets a small chili for topping. They need to retrain some of their staff.

I would say a 4 star is pushing it, but it needs some work. The lady who was working the cash messed up our order, and could not figure out how to remove a drink and fries from the order. Then to make it easier, we added a second sandwich and made sure it was easier. Couldn't find it at first then found it after fooling around on the screen. Tried to give her the money, and took her forever to just cash us out. She said it needed a manager's code and such, but didn't go get a manager, just kept pushing buttons. It made things frustrating and annoying. She finally got it working and got things done. Food was good and flavorful. I would suggest if you are having problems with running the computer or items, don't try and do it on your own, ask for help, because it can help fix things and you can learn from those items.

My burger had MOLD on it and I didn’t even know what I paid for it because they never told me, this wendys has gone to trash and I will not be going again. Food was very cold and unprepared. Got something as simple as two cheeseburgers, unfortunate. Waste of 5$. Really don't like doing this. Hope to see improvement. Even if its just cheap $2 dollar burgers being made.

The food was as expected and I don't eat fast food very often, but when I do, I expected to be quick in order to be correct. So we ordered a 10 piece nugget a bacon cheese, baked potato, and a chili with hot sauce. We got two small chicken sandwiches, a small chili instead of a large and a plain baked potato with sour cream. I didn't check the bag because I saw her look at the lady behind her repeat the order to her, and she said Yep that's it, needless to say 5 miles down the road when I got into the bag I was not very happy. This occurred on 11 seven 2023 around one in the afternoon. There was one car in front of me and maybe one or two cars for in-store dining it wasn't even like they were busy people just don't pay attention to detail anymore. Customer service has been throwing out the window ever since people started wearing masks. We won't even get into quality of the food in all aspects of the restaurant business. It's like they just throw shit up in the air let it land on your paper that they wrap it up in and call it dinner.
