Anytime George isn't there the staff is very rude. Most days when we come in there they have a piss poor attitude. Love the food but the atmosphere just sucks. No reason to be rude to the insomnia cookie crew. When we have given lots of free cookies. George is the only nice one there.

This place has added so much to my life. It's just nice to know that this food will reliably be delicious. The day staff are also really nice and helpful, especially with itemized receipts that I need for work. I still remember the very first time I ever had their pizza way back in 2010 and it's just as amazing to this very day.Also in my experience the delivery has always been fast, friendly, and reliable.

I ordered delivery last night and it never arrived. I ordered at 12:50am. Estimated time was 2am, figured they were busy so I waited before giving a call. Called at 2:20am, the woman I spoke to said my pizza had just gotten out the oven and they were waiting on a delivery person. Waited until 3:30am and never got my pizza. They close at 3, so I couldn't speak to anyone on the phone. When I called this morning to speak to a manager, Joe, he didn't care and said there was nothing he can do. He told me a delivery person was dispatched at 1:50 and returned with my food which makes no sense because the woman I spoke to said my pizza just came out at 2:20. I never got a call or text or anything from them if a delivery person was ever even headed my way. Super disappointed, you'd think the manager would care, offer some type of coupon or compensation or SOMETHING, even say "I'm sorry about that". But nothing. Terrible customer service, he kept making excuses and saying "I'm not sure".
You may have a Cottage Inn, but you definitely don’t have a George! Best Cottage Inn location, best service, best pizza!

Staff are all sweet hearts but 0$ tip delivery orders make it so our staff don't make minimum wage some times *this is not a paid promotion*Plz be kind to our drivers and make sure you tell them clearly your address and read it back pleaaase and thank you when they take your order!clean publicly accessible during business hours bathrooms! and basic human rights like public access to !clean! free drinking water ? till 1-2 am on avg open to the public as long as you are courteous to the property and don't damage or steal, so please remember to tip your local public safety workers, Michigan labour law includes 5.~~/hr of our minimum wage is paid out of driver's tips so 0$ tips make other peoples tips pay for their delivery...please remember to tip your driver ~3$+ since we aren't making minimum wage otherwise! When they arrive if you order delivery there is paper to sign for card or you can give a tip in person too or if that's easier in lieu of a card tip
