The bartender was perfect on Saturday April 27th making the best shots and mixed drinks! We had an amazing view of East Lansing. Highly recommend going!!

The rooftop bar is nice but you look directly into bedrooms of an apartment building, so it's a bit awkward. Only decent place in East Lansing. Also a lot of college kids, which is expected in a college town, but they were immature and annoying.

I go to Michigan State and the bar staff here is insane. I've gone to the graduate multiple times to get drinks (as a 21 year old; he did not check our IDs before denying us) I went 2 times in a bar crawl shirt and they denied me both times. I chatted with the front desk staff and they said they had no clue about the policy. The bartender called us "babies" and was the most condescending prick I've ever met. I also want to point out I only had 2 drinks before this interaction and was basically sober. He talked down to us multiple times telling us "I'm not changing this policy but ok..." and "I've been in the food industry for 14 years" it was a bunch of bullshit and they can fuck right off. We asked him to give a good reason why we could not be served, and the only conclusion that is logical is that he is ageist against young people in the area.

Very cool spot at the top of the graduate hotel great views, decent small plates and appetizers. Good drinks the bartender was a little bit rude but it was a busy night. I think she was having a bad night. If you're staying here it's a must if you're just in Lansing might be a great spot to grab a drink before dinner.

We did not eat the food only went for drinks. It's more laid back than I expected. Pictures online make it look more elegant than it is. But you don't have college students really in here. It was more of an older crowd which i appreciated. Bartenders were kind and attentive. Overall stopping in for a drink is good, love to see it in the summer with the outdoor patio.

Overall experience was not good. Lazy customer service. Also our family got kicked out for having our college student drink a sip out of our glass not even purchasing a beverage. You are more than welcome to go however there just are way better options elsewhere.

Great location with a lot of nearby parking in the garages. Views over campus are perfect. Bar service is fast (hey, it's a campus bar after all!), but service out on the patio is great, too, if you are patient because the place does get full. They do enforce id's, of course, but they also enforce the maximum head count. This is fabulous because it means they get full but never overpacked (you know what I'm talking about). Decent selection of beers and whiskeys. Wine choices are slim but ok. They'll make any mixed drink you can name or describe, so go for it. If you want to enjoy the views with less of a crowd, go early. But if you want the views, the crowd, and the energy? Go after dark!Dietary restrictions: Keto friendlyLow carb friendlyCarnivore friendlyPaleo friendly

My friend and I are MSU Grad students and normally enjoy the graduate bar as an enjoyable environment for older student. However, we recently participated in a college sponsored event and decided to end our night here. Despite our excitement we were greeted with nothing but disrespect and denied service due to wearing line leap apparel even though we said that we had other clothes and would take it off. As someone who enjoys this environment I am deeply saddened by the service I was given and plan to take it elsewhere.

Parking: I parked a block away for $20/day and valet was $45. My friend who was with me had the keys to her car, but the valet service was unable to locate her car for her this morning. They solved the problem by giving her the keys and had her wander the lot to find her car. Then they waived the fee for the valet service. From the reviews, this sort of thing, trouble with the valley service, is somewhat common. It didn't ruin her day, she was able to make it to her conference in time. It was inconvenient, but her car was in good condition.

Didn't have food but it's probably good. The atmosphere is lovely and watching the sunset from the roof was fantastic. However $12 for a glass of house wine is a little rich for my tastes.

Beautiful views, wonderful food, and amazing service! Definitely will be back! Try the Michigan mule! It was my favorite and one of Michigan's staple sodas, Vernors!
