Evidently you are suppose to call ALSO even if you have notified the app via your email and even notified again because you have waited 5 minutes (I arrived 10 minutes after the proposed ready time) I press the I AM HERE again and it said I already notified them. So either Marcos Pizza has an issue with its notification process or someone does not care to look at a screen to see that I had sent notice. On any other day I would have just gone it. This is honestly the first time I had done cubside pick up anywhere since the heart of the Pandemic but I had my reasons for not getting out of the car.But I had to get out of the car as it had been 10 minutes since I arrived. A person or 2 (max) had come and gone so I got out and made my way in and after telling them their curbside sucks I was told as my pizza was handed to me that I could have called.I am sorry your sign does not say if it has been over a certain amount of time to call us at ###-####. It just states something like you will be with me as soon as you can. (not exactly these words)No need to reply with a request for a personal contact. There are plenty of pizza places or places in general to get food at. Just thought I would put it out there to save someone else the hassle if they have to do curbside and are waiting. They evidently WANT a phone call.

Let it be know these hours ARE NOT accurate so if you want pizza CALL. Don’t be like me and lose $30 b/c you order a pizza 30mins to close (ordered online at 10:58pm. Store closes at 11:30pm. Clearly says online closings at 12am) get there doors lock, call next day “Sorry we can’t because it was yesterday”Thanks Keon ?? great donation to Marcos Pizza.

I used to enjoy this place a year or two ago. My last few orders have been less than stellar... I know it can get busy, short staffed, etc. As a former service worker I'm OVERLY lenient for kitchen workers. Order said it'd be ready in 12 min, and I was there 45 mins later still waiting in the lobby, like everyone else... No apologies, no offers to discount it for our wait. Nothing. Then I ordered a medium pizza via delivery, and received a small. Most recently (today) ordered a cheese bread/pizza combo. The cheese bread has so little "cheese" it may as well be bread. I would've gave this review a one star, but the quality, and service USED to be good.

Picked up a pizza and breadsticks for the super bowl on sunday. I placed the order for curbside pickup at 5:40 so I could bring it to my boyfriends house in time for the game. I hate complaining and I never leave reviews at all no matter how bad of an experience I had. I waited in the curbside spot for about 20 minutes after I had received an email saying my order was ready. I decided to just go in and grab it, I figured they were too busy to run my order out and I had no problem with that. I waited inside until 6:55. I asked about my order when the lady working the register asked what the name was. She said it was not ready yet and that was the last time she asked me anything. I understand they are busy, but why say the order is ready if it isn’t. Finally, another man handed me my order. Come to find out, my order had been sitting on a different shelf for over an hour, it was ready the entire time. I didn’t want to speak up because i knew they were very busy and having issues with their orders. It just sucked that I missed a lot of the game waiting when my food was there the entire time. I didn’t expect anything in return like a refund, but after I overheard the counter lady seemingly offer 2 other guests one, I felt a little bit confused. On top of all of that, the pizza dough wasn’t even thoroughly cooked once I got home. I feel sorry for how busy their store was this day and I hope everything got sorted out, I’m just very disappointed in this experience as I have always enjoyed Marcos pizza.

Staff is always nice & gets orders made quick!Pizza, bread, pizzoli will ALWAYS be undercooked and basically raw dough throughout. Really a shame cause the sandwiches and wings are always good.Even when you order well done, just nothing but raw uncooked dough underneath.Be prepared to cook it through a second time at home!

Absolutely horrible service! We have been customers of this location fir over 2 years. We have had minor issues time to time but nothing like what happened tonight. Placed an order for a single pizza at 5:02 pm (Wednesday night). Order stated "promise time" was 5:43 pm. Email stated it was in the oven at 5:16 pm.At 6:26pm I received a text message stating that a "Doordash" driver would be delivering our pizza. Called Marco's as hour pizza was marked delivered but had not received. Was told that is was " unfortunate for me that they only had 1 driver and they had to use Doordash and that my order was still on it's way. A full hour after the promised time! We received pizza at 6:49 pm. Pizza was delivered disgustingly cold and was not what I had ordered. Will never order from Marco's again. This was extremely terrible customer service nor do I believe that I have ever agreed to Marco's giving my phone number or address to another company. I will be checking into the legality of that.

I have always highly recommend this Marco’s location, unfortunately that is no longer the case. My last 2 delivery orders took longer than the promised time, the pizza was room temperature and tasted like it had been sitting around for a half hour. Very disappointing as the quality of the pizza and ingredients are still of quality.

Was asked to hold. Waited 10 minutes on hold and someone picked ip and hung up on me. Marcos changed owners and has gotten more expensive and worse customer service. The last time, they had a deal on the voice that plays before it rings to the store and the store wouldn't honor the deal and said the corporate office won't let them override to offer the deal that their own phone system advertised. Very disappointed in the changes since it has been our go to pizza place for over 15years

Ordered online and the operator put our order in wrong. Had to repeat myself multiple times and the call took a long time, but still got the order wrong. Pretty sure the guy taking my order was stoned. Pizza was pretty good though.
